I got lunch from this location. The customer service is great and the food is delicious. Professional employees are doing a good job. My order was correct. I got a 6 PC chicken tenders with fries and a coca cola. They do the job and follow instructions. I got food from here on 11-25-2025. They are real close in the neighborhood.

Ordered a kiddie cheese add bacon. That’s a grilled cheese ADD bacon. Either the workers are lazy or just flat out lack common sense because I’ve never had to specify that I want my bacon ON my sandwich and not the side. Why would I want 2 random pieces of bacon by itself and it’s not breakfast?? I didn’t say on the side. I said add bacon. I guess because they already had 1 car waiting for food they didn’t want another??? Idk but extremely annoyed.

Friendly staff and good food make this a reliable spot. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to get your meal, but the quality is worth the wait. Overall, a solid choice if you’re craving some comfort food.

Clean spot, great atmosphere, and staff with genuine smiles. I accidentally left my keys and before I even made it out the door, the manager ran up to me to return them. That alone earned my respect. Great customer service.

What a dumpster fire of a Zaxby’s. Last time I was here I got the complete wrong order – they swapped mine and someone else’s and when trying to call couldn’t get ahold of someone for hours. Finally reaching someone they said they couldn’t do anything about it but they remembered the order because the other person also came back.
Paid $23 for wings and asked for flats and extra sauce. Got all drums and dry sauce. Called this time asking for a refund, and the general service number and they said they could offer me a free 5 piece wing next time, and it’s company policy they can’t do refunds. What a joke – paying for something and not getting what you ordered or purchased and not refunding is insane. If you can’t accommodate an order – be upfront so I can go somewhere else instead.
Will not return, and don’t want the crappy offer of a free 5 wing – that no matter how I order it will probably be wrong anyways.

I don’t even know where to begin. I ordered the 6 fingerz with slaw combo, upsize to large, and instead of zak sauce, honey mustard. Didn’t get my order total at the speaker. When I got to the window, I was overcharged by $2 and some change. The guy that rung up the order, I guess the manager, gave me back a $1, but you still owed me another one, which I never got. I didn’t receive a utensil for the slaw. The toast wasn’t toasted on both sides, like it usually is. I was short a chicken finger, and on top of that, y’all gave me spicy sauce when I clearly ordered honey mustard. The guy had a whole attitude on him as well. This has been the visit from down below and I can’t even make this stuff up. I’m totally disgusted and disappointed with this visit

We frequent here a lot over the years but have not been here in a while. We went last week and order a wings and things and make it go big. The fries were skimped so bad it was not even enough to qualify for a regular order. They took the entire order back and told us to pull up, wait, and they will bring them out. We waited almost ten minutes for new fries to be made and had to go back inside twice to remind them we were still waiting before we even got our food back. It was not busy either. The fries were made fresh but the rest of the food was no longer fresh due to the wait. We returned back today and ordered the same meal wings and things, Go Big, and had the same issue with the fries – skimped – but this time the manager was on duty and she honestly should just get out of the way because she would rather debate about it then remedy the issue. The food was once again taken back but this time by the manager. We overheard her tell the cook that “we claim the fries are not enough”, fishing for negative attention. We asked for the corporate number and she claimed it was on the receipt but it was not and she finally told us to pull up and wait so I did. The cashier Lexie ended up resolving the problem with no issue which we fully appreciate. The manager needs training on two things; unsanitary practices – taking back food and also handing the same food back while not using any gloves and also deescalation. Additionally, the bickering among some of the staff claiming that “we always do this” basically insinuating we are trying to get free food but we paid for the food and didn’t ask for a refund the only TWO times there was an issue.

I am delivery driver. I came into this location to pick up an order. I had my phone visibly out to confirm and photograph the receipt. An elderly female employee mentions while Im confirming that she needs to see me confirm it. I had not touched the order until it was confirmed. As Im walking out of the door I hear her mumbling that I came in and didn’t want to confirm my order. This is a whole lie. I dont appreciate the way she hounded over me when I was visibly confirming the order in her face and didn’t touch the order until I had taken the photo to confirm it. This type of behavior and attitude towards drivers is not okay at all. If I had grabbed the order first and not had phone out and visibly confirm the order then I can understand that type of treatment. Train your employees some sort of etiquette and better customer service. This is prime example why I try my best not to get orders from this part of town. Rude workers in every fast food establishment. Do Better.

I was actually taking food to a sick friend,and this was my first visit to to the Zaxby’s on Memorial Drive near Columbia Drive in Decatur. I was in a hurry, so I grabbed a chicken tender plate with coleslaw in the drive thru. Staff was quick and courteous. Fifteen to twenty minutes later, the food was still piping hot & delicious. My friend ate it all with the glee of a 5 year old. It’s amazing that fast food can bring such joy.
