I’m impressed with the fact that the manager cared enough to fix an error that I made when I ordered on the app. I did not realize that I had placed an order for the wrong store, but the MOD was willing and able to have his store make the order for me, saying that because the two stores were in the same franchise, it would be a wash.

I got signature sandwich and the bottom bun was stale and crumbly – like it had be toasted 20 minutes prior and just left out and the reheated for my order. I took it back up, and staff just started at me mouths agape. Since they were unable to even speak, I told them not to worry about it and used a piece of toast as a substitute. It was ok as repaired,, but I still say, bad food and bad service – one star.

I absolutely never leave reviews and it honestly took for me to have 6-7 bad experiences with this Zaxbys before I decided to use my precious time and tell the world how much this services sucks!!! Never get the food right and either leave out food or just gets it wrong altogether. EVERY TIME!! via DoorDash or Takeout. Can someone please hire better management. I buy for a family of 5 spending well over $10 a meal just to never get a full meal and usually leads to me taking a 2nd trip to get what’s left out. Please do better .

I’m so grateful for the amazing experience I had at Zaxbys today. Despite all of the issues and glitches with the app Nick and Manager, Crystal, were extremely helpful and proactive helping me today. They were so friendly and made me feel prioritized… which is very rare this day in age!! I plan on revisiting this Zaxbys more frequently, because I know that the service is top tier at this location!!

Some worker name nermna or what ever, I find it highly nasty that she serving food and coughing into her hands that not clean at all and very dirty. I was gonna order some food and I saw her cough into her hand while serving food at the drive truth and I saw spit everywhere so I left, please fix it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered curbside and checked in TWICE but no one ever brought it out. It wasn’t even busy, mind you. So I go inside and my food’s just sitting there, getting cold. Don’t bother ordering curbside, and to Zaxby’s…DON’T OFFER CURBSIDE IF YOU’RE NOT GONNA ACTUALLY BRING IT OUT!!
