The store is very clean, with very respectful staff. Great fast food spot! The service was quick, the food was fresh and flavorful, and everything came out exactly as ordered. Perfect place when you want something tasty without the wait.

This is like the 3rd time that I have had a less than satisfactory experience at this location. My boneless wings were swimming in a pool of sauce. All that extra sauce was not needed. I ordered a zensation salad and was given the wrong salad dressings. I should have gotten two citrus vinaigrettes but they gave me what they wanted me to have. If they were out of the dressing I requested I should have been given the option to tell yall what I wanted as a substitute, not yall make the decision for me. I probably wont be visiting this location again.

Ordered and paid for extra sauces, 3 of them. At the window I asked to make sure they were in bag. He said confidently, there are 7 in the bag. Only received 2. Line for drive through was super slow. Won’t be eating at this Zaxabys again. They owe me money.

I recently bought one of the Zax Packs for my son’s sleepover, they enjoyed it and they are usually picky eaters. And thanks to the employees there giving us extra sauces so they boys can try every flavor. Great experience overall definitely will be back!!!

I ordered the loaded fries, requesting freshly cooked fries. I think I even heard the cashier tell the cook. They were COLD and OLD! So was the chicken. Hint to Zaxby’s: If you sprinkle cheese on HOT fries, the cheese will melt. The bread was also cold and soggy. I started to return all of it for a refund it was so bad, but I was starving and in a hurry, and we all know what happens when you ask for a remake, so no thanks on that. This is the third time in my life I’ve eaten at a Zaxby’s. Every time is disgusting. I will never go back. Strike 3 you’re out. The cashier was sweet and precious.

I can’t say what when wrong. The food was ready fast, but it was cold and stale, it was so cold the french fries was dried up and wrinkle. I have eaten at a lot of Zaxbys, I have never gotten cold, stale food. I wondered if I got food someone else refused.

Just came through the drive through and the lady that took my order was very nice but the lady at the window was rude, I drove up and immediately I got attitude paid with cash and instead of handing the cash to me she drops the change outside of my hand and then says “hear you go” with the food. If people have poor attitudes they don’t need to be at the window dealing with customers

Let me start with the order taker outside she had good customer service. I got the zensation salad I wanted my fingers dipped in sweet & spice sauce. Once I received my order the fingers was not dipped in the sauce I asked for so I took the salad back instead of them remaking the salad the put sauce over the salad making a soup salad I could not believe it at all. The sad thing I use to be a manager at Zaxby’s and know there expectations and this was no where near it. This Zaxby’s need to be shut down they make a bad reputation for Zaxby’s. I am not even going to talk about the egg roll look like they did not do there mid day oil filtering.
