Unfortunately, I had to give them a one star today.
When we arrived, my husband was at the counter for approximately 10 minutes, waiting for somebody to come to the counter to take our order. Finally, somebody came to the counter and got our order. At this point there was no one else in front of us or in the dining room. It took almost 30 minutes for us to get our food!!! I will attach the receipt and the owner can pull the camera in the dining room to see the time difference. We paid for extra things like extra cheese and extra sauce and we didn’t get any on our meals. I understand it’s only $.50 here and $.25 there, but it adds up every single time because this seems to be a repetitive issue…
The counter was nasty and even had hair on it and they left the stir for the sweet tea out in the open and there were flies flying around, so I don’t know if the flies get on the sweet tea whisk. Also, I’m not trying to be ugly, but the lady that took our order with the red ponytail her shirt was very dirty like she had worn it for multiple days in a row.

We went to zaxbys at the town center and got lunch Togo the service was good but the food was awful our chicken was dry and seemed like it had been cooked days prior there was also a hair in my sandwich. The only thing good was the kids meal. So disappointed spending 30 dollars on food and not getting to eat it.

My family of four came in “starving” closer to close, roughly 9:30pm after four games at our children’s school. We normally don’t like going in to a place so close to closing in fear we’re gonna get food “from the bottom of the pot” and horrible customer service.
However, we were nicly greeted and our order taken promptly. The cashier was extremely nice and accommodating with our order specifications and she ensured the specifications were implemented. She also advised, due to the time, all orders are MTO and the wait would be longer than usual – we’re okay with the wait, rather it be hot and fresh. As we were eating, the cashier respectfully came over to advise she was working on emptying the sweet tea if anyone wanted a refill first (spectacular)!
The restaurant was clean, bathroom was clean, free parking on premises. I will visit again to see if the store is as clean and service is as good in mid-day.

I’m pretty disappointed. Boneless wings were dry. Chicken tenders were small. I can count the fries. I pretty much had a kids meal for $12. I will not be back.

I ate here yesterday my salad was OK. Went to use the bathroom today and was going to order an egg roll through the drive-through to go with my sushi but as I exit the bathroom, one of the employees decided to yell you ain’t wash your hands, I said actually very well did! She then proceeds to yell and cuss at me and tell me that I didn’t! Won’t be eating here again

My family comes here often we usually order mobile, today we did just that. Once we arrived and went through drive thru the young lady at the front window confirmed my name and order and instructed us to drive forward. At the next window the young man asked again and a woman behind him yelled we don’t have a mobile order for that name. I asked if they needed the refer number and double checked the location. The young lady yelled again yeah we don’t have an order for you. The young man told us to pull forward which we did. Once he walked out he let us know that they found it in their system and now needed to make our order. Mind you online it said our order would be ready at 6:43 we arrived at 6:50 once all the confusion was figured out we ended up getting our order at 7:05. This may not seem like anything major to some, but there are definitely better ways to handle things like this without yelling out the drive thru that there is not an order for us without confirming on your end. Then not do much as an apology or anything
