Customer service was okay other than me having to ask the cashier for silverware and condiments that should have been given to me after receiving my order. Food always tastes great. Housekeeping needs to be taken care of on a regular basis in the men’s restroom. Although I did find used paper towels all over the floor and that is unacceptable and unpleasant for any customers to see when using the restroom.

Don’t get your food delivered because zaxbys don’t fill the order especially if it’s being delivered. I called the store to talk to the manager and she said it was the delivery fault for a meal that wasn’t prepped right. This is what you get when getting food delivered from their establishment, Half completed.

The absolute worst I’ve ever experienced from Zaxby’s. My order the zaxby chicken fingers plate. The fries were all over the carryout mixed with the coleslaw. The don’t even give you a serving of coleslaw. Too many kids serving the public and not being supervised. Very distasteful and unprofessional. Sorry to say, don’t waste your time eating here.

It was fresh, juicy and delicious! It was clean and the portions were big, definitely worth the money. The sweet lady at the register was absolutely amazing and we had nothing but lovely interactions with her. I’ll most definitely be going back.

Disgusting , disappointing and most of all discouraging and the entire staff need discipline as a discussion. The front clerk ask the same question more than once and I just would like my money back . The Cobb fried chicken salad had lettuce stock in it that was disgusting looking . I have taken pictures to prove the hair was on the egg also overall it shouldn’t be one star . I will be stopping back by and I deserve more than an apology tbh …..

Inconsistent food quality and service. The employee taking orders rushing you through the order and not polite. It comes across as they don’t want to be there and they don’t want you there either. Train workers right or stop hiring rude people.

When you spend 11 dollars for a salad you expect a little bit more food then 5 bites of lettuce. I understand portions can’t always be the same but come on now I get more lettuce on a burger. For the price you should get alot more of a salad than what I received today. The rest of the food was great just this was a let down of food. Btw picture does not do justice.

Something was wrong with the app, so to avoid the line outside, I traded it for inside line. I ordered my usual and went BIG..
Does my meal look like I went BIG?! NO! I also paid for extra zax sauce and didn’t get it. Waiting to order, placing, waiting, and receiving it within 30 min is ridiculous! I understand it’s lunch rush, but be prepared! Most people don’t have the luxury of an hour lunch break. I’m sure it’s like this everyday, so it’s not like you’re being caught by surprise.. get it together! I’ll stick to my usual location, thanks! I won’t be revisiting.

Fries were cold. I’m not sure if that was chicken. The cashier was asked twice if the slaw came in its own container, yes, guess what,? Nope! The toast was cold. Second time disappointed. There won’t be a third.
