$24 and delivery for my food to come and an unacceptable condition. Food was cold. I ordered a large fry and got a small bread was hard like it had been there for a while and if I had a way up there I would’ve got a complete for refund. It is disgusting to pay that much for a meal and my food couldn’t even be delivered fresh and I know what you’re thinking. Maybe it was a long delivery. It took the delivery driver 10 minutes to get to me. That food had no business. Being cold will not order from this location anymore. You deserve no stars. I’m calling corporate.

Absolutely the worse zaxbys ive gone too! Everytime I go there the staff including the manager was rude because they gave us the wrong food. After us being respectful about the situation and then asking for our original order. We didnt ask for a refund we had a certain amount on our card and when they put the refund back on our card but still expected us to have the money on our card for the original order when it take 24hrs for the money to be put back on. This was our child’s food, we only had enough on the card for his food but that was taken when they charged us for the wrong order. And instead of being understanding we were met with attitude and being called names.
I will never go to this establishment again!
It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal mistakes happen understandable. It was how the situation was or wasn’t handled.
Everytime we order from there its always something.. needs a whole new staff in my opinion. I feel so disappointed and disrespected. I hope that whoever is over the establishment in lancaster addresses the situation because im sure im not the only one.

Horrible experience! Worst customer service!

If I could Leave a negative star review, I would. I ordered on the app and waited in the drive through line for 30+min when there was only three cars in front of me, when I finally got to the speaker they told me to come in to get it.

And then stood at the counter and was ignored for another 10min. Just to find out they put my order on the mobile pick shelf. And the whole time no one at the counter paid me any amount of attention to even tell me it was put there.

After getting my food it was cold and it wasn’t even what I ordered they gave me two boneless wings meals when I ordered 1 boneless wing meal and 1 wings and things meal. On top of that the drinks I ordered were watered down as hell. Horrible experience!

Corporate needs to intervene at this location. Lancaster would be much better off shutting this place down and opening a restaurant people are actually able to eat at. No one wants to wait in line an hour+ for cold food, missing items, and rude attitudes.

If I could rate lower I would. This is consistently by far the worst Zaxbys location I have visited, which is a shame since the next closest location is 30 minutes away.

I’ve had experiences where I’ve been the only car in the drive thru and no visible people in the dining room. Somehow it still took over 25 minutes for me to get an order of 5 fingers and fries.

Tonight was infuriating, I thought I would get ahead of the usual 40 minute plus drive thru line and order ahead for pickup. I arrived at 7:15pm to pickup my order. The store changed it from curbside to in-store which was no problem. I go to the door and it’s locked, flagged down someone from inside and they tell me I have to go through the drive thru to pickup my order (completely defeats the purpose of order ahead, and uneasy as I was able to see at least 7 employees from the door). I asked if I could just cancel it and they said they can’t refund the order from the store and I’d have to cancel on the app. There is no cancel button on the app. So there we sat for over 30 minutes in the drive thru to figure out how we could refund and the answer we got was to contact corporate for a refund.

I see the corporate is responding to most of the bad review on this location (of which there are many) but where is the corporate intervention here? It’s been years of subpar service.

Zaxbys in Lancaster use to be so much better than what it is now. I don’t know who they got working up in there but whoever they are don’t do their job right. If theres a line you have to wait 30 mins just to get to the damn speaker. And when you do finally pay for your food they ask you to pull up front and wait another 15 mins. REDICULOUS! And the restaurant needs a new manager too cause how are you gone be okay with all these bad reviews and not gone do anything to fix the problems???

Went through the drive thru section of zaxbys ordered a kickin chicken sandwich, loaded fries, and wings n things. When I got home I noticed my kicken chicken sandwich was burnt. I know it probably would only take them 30 second to replace the bread. I don’t understand why they didn’t I spent close to 40$ on my order.

Ps I didn’t notice until the first bite I was so hungry.

I ordered two cobb salads and part of the lettuce was slimy. The manager couldn’t/ wouldn’t do anything about it. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole experience.
I wouldn’t go to the Lancaster, SC location.
Your better off going to another restaurant.

Some of the worst service I have ever seen. Had a mobile order and waited in the drive-thru for probably 20 minutes and the line didn’t move an inch. Pulled around and came inside to pick up the order. Employees were just standing around complaining how confused they were and not doing any work. Manager didn’t even know the employees names. Didn’t include our sauces and didn’t get one of our five drinks. It just kept getting worse and worse. I definitely do not recommend going on your lunch break or you’ll definitely be late coming back to work.

Workers arent friendly no conversation. All the food was cold when we got it. Egg rolls tasted like it was cooked and recooked a few more times, burnt and hard couldn’t chew it. Wasted a good bit of money here.
