We went through the drive thru and ordered 3 boneless wings and things. As we were pulling our car around to pay a red vehicle shot passed us and went to the window. Because she skipped line, she ended up paying for our food instead. When we got to the window, they had pulled that red vehicle up and told us that they are trying to fix stuff because the lady paid for our stuff instead of hers. They had us pull up and wait. We waited and waited. I asked them not to give her her food first since she skipped line. We ended up going inside after waiting 10 more mi uses for our food. The lady ended up getting hers FIRST when she was in the wrong and she wasn’t cool about it. When we got our food, the food was Luke warm. How is that acceptable after making us wait when she was the one that skipped line. This experience pissed me off and zaxbys need to get it together. This is not great customer service. Especially since one of the employees said that the woman wasn’t all there. I could care less if she was or not. It’s respect. They made a lot of people wait to take care of something that should have waited and then made us pay $47 for Luke warm food!!

This is one of those places that you go every 5 or 6 months and immediately remember “Oh yeah, this is why I don’t go here ever.”
If you want to wait 10+ minutes in a parking space for a chicken and sandwich and fries, get a bag, and discover they forgot half your order this is the place for you. Without fail this will happen every time you go.

I get the garden house salad often at other locations, this is the first time ordering from this zaxbys and I only got about half the typical portion of salad & our fries were hardly seasoned. They also forgot a ranch cup and when I went to ask for it at the counter the lady was so rude to the guy who took our order saying he messed up the order. He seemed like he was new and still learning and she was so condescending towards him, I felt so uncomfortable and bad for the poor guy. Otherwise the restaurant seemed clean and had a decent atmosphere.

I came through the Drive Through at 4 o’clock this afternoon and Knowing the Chicken is Hot I brought it home and took my time before eating.. All I can say is the French friies are the best and the Lemon Pepper Chicken was Great! Loved it . Service is fast and courteous!

I ordered for curbside. Said order would be ready at 6:30. Got here at 6:24. It turned to 6:43 and I still hadn’t gotten my order. I tell em im here for curbside pickup and they haven’t even started my order. Walked out at 6:48. Not a big deal but if im ordering curbside and I put in that I have arrived. Shouldn’t you know im here. Dining room area was not busy. They didnt have a line. No heavy drive thru activity.

Average. Food decent but hasn’t been over the top. Something is usually forgotten & cups of slaw are small- cup of ketchup type small. Every time I ask for extra seasoning on fries it’s never on them. I tried the teriyaki flavor recently on wings & it just didn’t have the expected flavor. My recent order of Cobb Zalad with extras was good. They seemed to have stopped putting any celery or carrots in the wings/things.
I miss my Zaxby’s in Columbia. This location is decent so far. I haven’t had the extreme negative experiences yet that others have had. However, there is room for improvement. It starts with the quality of workers and their level of care or don’t care as well as customer service. That would improve the wait times, the quality of food being served as well as the cleanliness of the restaurant.
Ordered wings and things (4/28)I don’t see it being worth $17 & they forgot the slaw. My order seems to never be 100% correct. I give up.

Ordered 2 Cobb zalads. Got one. Apparently the person taking the order thought I said tacos instead of salad. (I’d ordered 2 tacos also.) Didn’t catch it before leaving. This is the zalad. I ended up going back & just getting refund.

Haven’t been in awhile. Has not improved. Overpriced. They were out of slaw and I asked for extra fries I did not get. Lemonade was out as was most drinks. The root beer I ended up with was mostly carbonated water. I give up and refuse to go back.
