This location is usually pretty good, but today’s service was so terrible that it completely cancels out any good experience I’ve had here. All I was buying was a chicken sandwich. Apparently, they didn’t have any chicken and had to drop a new batch (really??) I went inside after waiting for 20 minutes and there was no staff shortage. It took about another 10 minutes to finally receive my sandwich, after watching them fulfill orders that were taken after mine.
I’m going to assume that someone really REALLY dropped the ball in the Kitchen and you could tell it was making the cashiers uncomfortable.
I’m not usually one to demand refunds or anything like that, but not offering at least a coupon for a 30 minute wait on a simple chicken sandwich (which is overpriced as is) is absurd.

Slowest experience ever. Sat in the drive through for about 5 minutes without moving and then went inside and waited another 12 min or so. Huge line in drive through and inside and no sense of urgency or apology from staff. Barely even talk to you when they hand you the food. Have had problems with incorrect orders in the past. Prob avoid this location.

Holy crap. Waited at the drive thru order spot for 10 minutes then waited at the window for 10 minutes for the car in front of us to get their food. Then we are told to park and wait. What? We’ve been here 20 minutes for some chicken tenders and fries and still have no food. Ridiculous. (Yes we should have left already but this place is sometimes convenient)

Probably the worst Zaxbys ever… Order online for drive through pick up and wait 15mins for them to bring out my food. I tell her I still didn’t get me drinks and she goes “oh you didn’t get your Diet Coke” and starts looking inside my car… I say what? No I ordered 2 teas and then I look at the recent to find out it’s not even my order. I had to wait another 20 minutes to get a salad, 2 kids meals and my teas.

Don’t believe the closing time on google or even the closing time on the door that both say 10 and 10:30. Went to the drive through at 9:25 and was told they were closed.
