I waited 30 minutes for my food the person behind me got their food before me and I ordered less food then them literally just tenders. My son got a kiddie finger with no chicken tenders. I ordered the 3 nibblers meals my food was just thrown in the box my sandwich weren’t not together. Cleaning to go home was more important than getting the customers taking care of.
Update. The owner of the restaurant was so polite to contact me to correct my order this time we had much better service food came out very fast and fresh.

Now Folks this place has good Chicken but try those shrimp and egg rolls too. Absolutely great and priced right. The Logical choice is definitely the chicken and they will always be known for it. The Staff is very helpful and parking is plentiful. Yes you should stop by and enjoy some good food

I mean its Zaxby’s so food is pretty consistent. Right off expressway exit and it has a unique exterior and interior. Almost like it is a repurposed small Chik Fil-A.

Great service and atmosphere. Bonus for the cool holiday lights all over the outside of the building. I have come here a few times and every time everyone is so nice and polite. My order has always been correct and even when they are busy the line moves quickly.

Slow to even acknowledge we were there or to take our order. All the tables were dirty. Took longer than it should have to get one cleaned. Other people after us got their food before we did. Had to go ask what was going on. Our food was placed in the pickup area. We had clearly stated dine in and it was on the receipt. Employees argued with each other over who did it while I was waiting. When I said it was dine in, one of them said, “It’s okay.” It’s not okay. Will not be back.

The chicken bacon ranch loaded fries with nuclear sauce that I ordered last night (12/13) were so UNBELIEVABLY SALTY. It tasted like someone just POURED salt into it. It really ruined the food for me because otherwise they would’ve been really good. I really hope this is only a one off thing because I’ve never experienced that before. Idk why fast food places have such a problem with getting the salt right but I would rather my food be under salted than over salted, because I can always add my own salt but I can’t take it away. Please don’t ever use this much salt ever again.

By far the worst Zaxbys. Wings were dry and tough. Ordered a black a blue salad and got home it was buffalo chicken salad. Service was horrible. Lot of young kids working there with a I don’t care attitude. Won’t be coming back. It’s a shame Zaxbys has fallen so far when it was so good 15 years ago.

I’ve came to this location previously and honestly didn’t want to come back , however I believe this location is under new management. I spoke with a lady name Ashlyn yesterday and she definitely warmed the whole atmosphere . Employees was walking to tables checking on everyone . Holding doors , this is a great location . I’m glad I gave it another chance!

We’ve come to this location 3 times and we have had the best service every time. Every one is so polite. We’ve only had one time that our order wasn’t exactly right but it was a pretty minor issue. The next time, they included a few cookies in our bag for the wait but we didn’t even feel like the wait was bad at all. It was a nice surprise.
