Hands down, this Zaxbys was fresh! The employees were attentive and actually smiling unlike every other place we go to. Usually employees will act like they don’t see you and ignore you or just frown the entire interaction. everyone was doing excellent at their job and everything down to the catch-up packets was organized and clean. Great job everybody! Two chicken thumbs up!

Went here before they were supposed to close late the other day (about 40 minutes). Menu board was turned off even tho there was still one car in the drive thru.
Didn’t bother to check and see if the place was open, because if it looks closed I’m betting the food isn’t going to end up that great.

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at this location. On my most recent visit, I stood at the register for several minutes while an employee entered orders for othe employees, only to be followed behind me by another customer complaining about their incorrect order. The trash cans were overflowing, and I waited 30 minutes for my food and this was while only 3 tables had people at them and 4 people waiting on food.
On a separate visit, I went through the drive-thru and was told it would be a 20-minute wait for wings. I agreed to wait, but when I pulled up, the wings were already ready—leaving me confused about the accuracy of the wait times.
Overall, the service feels disorganized and inconsistent. I’m not sure why I keep giving this place another chance.

Horrible service and even worse food. This is their boneless wings. Barely even a drizzle of sauce. Ridiculous.

Both our salads were missing the French fried onions. After seeing this message Zaxby’s was quick to get in touch with me and the manager called me within an hour to ask when I could come by and get two free salads on them. Customer service is fantastic at this location.

If you ask for no seasoning on fries, just know they don’t care. I’ve tried 2 separate times to get no seasoning fries, and each time has been a massive fail. There will not be a 3rd. It’s really not rocket science to do the job you’re paid for correctly. I’ve worked fast food, it really isn’t hard. Plus, you guys only had 2 cars in drive thru. There are no excuses.
