I went through the drive thru and got me a 10 piece chicken tender. On my mama! Whoever was back there on 11/08/2025 at 5:12PM needs kudos and a raise! These tenders were absolutely stunning and juicy. They were extremely hot and fresh I didn’t even need my sauce! You made my night, thank you.

Got an order Togo bag was taped shut when we got home we had no sauces like the main part of Zaxby’s is their sauce. Called to let them know first person I spoke to said did you look in the bag like duh of course I would look everywhere before calling, then he got the manager she was nice but offered a free side which is equivalent to sauceses missing but we couldn’t eat any of the food it was cold, tough. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location so I will go to the other ones but just check your bags

It’s fast food but really like the Zalads. I used to exceptionally like the Asian Zalad because they used a cabbage base. Well they went cheap on me and now used the same ole lettuce….. 🙁

food came out extremely fast. one plate got made wrong due to miscommunication on my end but emily got my replacement out to me even faster. currently sitting in the lobby tearing this salad upppp.wings and things bomb. and the shake is amazing.

Absolutely disgusting! They allowed a door dasher to take the wrong order out the store and it came back in minutes later… & then let the food sit… & sit and then gave it to the door dasher it belonged to! I sure hope those people do not get sick. The order should have been remade. -1 is what it truly deserves. Also, the correct door dasher was african american and she was ignored and not addressed in any way. Racism is alive & well here. Kindness and customer service are lost arts.

Zaxbys customer service reached out and provided a full refund for my order. I upgraded the rating because of their follow up and great customer service.
I ordered through the mobile app to save time and had a horrible experience. I was first offered someone else’s order and then told to go park at the front of the business because my order was “almost ready.” I gave them 30 minutes and then finally parked to go inside, concerned that I was completely forgotten about despite there being very few other customers. As I was walking inside, the drive-thru employee came running with my food and said “sorry, it was in front of me the whole time but I didn’t see it.” As expected, all of my food was somewhere between room temperature and cold but I couldn’t afford to wait another 30 minutes by asking them to remake it. I also upgraded my Wingz and Thingz meal to have a large fry and I think I got less fries than I’ve ever gotten with a regular meal. This meal was a total disappointment and a waste of $25. This would be a 1 star review but the employees were friendly, despite forgetting about me.

I had a large order right at opening. They never batted an eye and gave me great customer service with a smile. The order was ready in 15 minutes, and it came out perfectly right down to the sauces.

I just think it is unacceptable to charge for sauce and other condiments, etc and not be mindful to put the sauces in the bag. It’s just lack of effort and lack of attention to detail. I wouldn’t be irritated if I wasn’t charged but I’m charged for 4 extra sauces and only get the two. Happens almost every time I go up there . Food is always decent but attention to details matter to some people.
