Place has turned to garbage. Twice now I have ordered a chicken sandwich and gotten home and it wasnt completely cooked. You got a bunch of young damn kids up there that don’t give a damn. The customer service there absolutely sucks. I will never go back to Zaxbys, and neither will anyone I know. 0 stars……pathetic

Slow! I got out of line after waiting at least 15 minutes. I drove next door to Jimmy John’s order a sub. I left jimmy johns and went to Chick Fil A for my son because zaxbys wait was horrible. The truck i was behind at Zaxbys was finally leaving zaxbys when I was on my way back home. This store has terrible management. Also taking orders early in the drive thru like chick Fil A is terrible because now you are stopping people from driving off since they already paid because you know your service is extremely slow 80% of the time.

This has been a pretty good Zaxby’s and I frequently visit here once a week on kids night. I really like the fact that I can order a salad here with no meat and can get it for a less expensive price. I really don’t like it when businesses charge you the same price with or without meat, so just a heads up you don’t have to worry about that here! On kids night which is Wednesday you can get a kids meal for .99 with any entree, so a Cobb zalad with no meat and kids meal for under $10 is a great deal! I have to say they have the best fries out there,sooooo good! This Zaxby’s is also very clean looking and the wait is usually 5-10 minutes for your order.

If I didn’t have to give a star to post a review.. It would have DEFINITELY been a zero rating.. My order was the Grilled Chicken Meal, fries, without seasoning. No ice in my drink.. They gave me a half cup of drink. I asked, “Am I getting half of a cup due to not wanting ice?” I’m not trying to get more drinks. The drink is cold enough for me from the fountain.
My meal is 8.19 total was 8.85
with tax. I asked how the tax was .66? The rude young man who stated he was the manager stated to take it up with the government.
I asked, why I would take it up with the government. Our sales tax is 6%. He stated you want the food or not? Of course I want my meal. are you independently owned for I’ve never visited this location..No we are franchised..
May I have your name and corporate’s number?” Can’t give that to you, and they’re not going to call you back..The other young people were looking at him as if his smart aleck remarks were funny..he told the young man at the window to not give me my food before I paid..I stated to them..I’m not sure if he’s actually the manager or not. He won’t give me his name, and I can’t read his tag.. From one who has managed in the corporate world myself over 30 years.. Young people don’t follow that character of this manager. Your integrity will take you far..distinguish right from wrong.. I’ve NEVER had issues such as this in another state..

Now I understand the treatment I received so much better now!!!!! ..My breast was tiny..didn’t cover the small bun, and my fries were very small, though they weigh them, few in number..I spoke with someone in corporate while awaiting my food..They assured me someone would be calling me from the district..I will see..Of course a gift card was offered..SO DISAPPOINTING ZAXBYS…DO BETTER IN YOUR HIRING!!!! NOT A GOOD LOOK!! BRING SIGNATURE SERVICE BACK!!!

This place caters to walk-ins & let’s drive-thru just wait. It’s not first come, first serve. It literally takes 30-45 mins to get a meal through the drive-thru on the weekend! Don’t waste your time.
