This is by far the best Zaxbys around. Food is always hot and delicious. The management staff genuinely cares about its customers and employees. When you see a manager taking out the trash, that’s the kind of manager you want running your business. One who is willing to jump in, not afraid to get their hands dirty in order to get the job done. Great job Ft. Inn Zaxbys!

One of the best Zaxbys in town. The staff is incredibly nice and this location is kept very well. They actually covered my wings in sauce which you wouldn’t think would be a problem but I’ve gotten them with no sauce before. Great experience.

2nd time this week something has been wrong with my order. Paid $19 for wings and things and hardly got any of the sauce I order for the wings on them. They were basically plain. Went there for dinner, this location has really been declining lately. Ordered shrimp… 6$ for 8… I got 4 and they were COLD AND BURNT… How?!? I tried to bring it up to the staff and was ignored and was told “that’s what you get.”

I normally don’t do reviews on a lot of franchise restaurants because it is what it is with these type of restaurants….. But I have to say that I have bought this Zensation salad from Zaxby’s and as you can see from these pictures that I have found some half cooked raw chicken in my salad… My first time experiencing such issue and if I felt like it, I would take it back to the store and ask for my money back but I do not feel like going all the way back to that store seeing that I have got this far off into the salad…. But I’m going to say this…. that this review and these pictures are proof if I do get sick
And I was disappointed about the grilled chicken sandwich as well even though I ate that too but the skimpy lettuce and the skimpy tomato that was thrown onto that sandwich was very displeasing as well….now that I am writing a review about today’s meal

I spoke with one of the assistant managers and can you believe they are saying that they can make me another salad… I’m not doing that!!! I want to be recompensed for my money or either y’all going to recompensate me another way…but I will not eat another piece of those salads again… I’ve never had a complaint dealing with their chicken tenders and stuff nor some of their other salads but this right here….no!!!… that right there will make me NOT want to eat there again or either they compensate me a different way other than trying to give me another salad!!!!

The young lady at the counter was working really hard to serve everyone.
But the state of the dining room was pretty gross. The drink machine was really dirty and most all of the choices were unavailable. Trash overflowing. Plenty of other gross things but you get the idea. Makes me concerned about the conditions that the food is being prepared in.

I ordered 4 piece chicken strip meal. You could have kept it. The slaw was dry. I wanted honey mustard got home to nasty barbeque. I asked for sprite and got home to lemonade.

The amounts and portions of things definitely need to be watched, sometimes i go in there i get a good amount of that thing like for example cheddar bites only if it’s fresh though is when i can get a good amount, then after that they started giving me way less and they were cold, i went in there 2 days ago and got that and they gave me like 7 cheddar bites like damn lol

Waited in line for 30 minutes just for them to tell me they don’t have traditional wings and give me some of the smallest chicken tenders I have ever seen. Boneless wings i got were cold. Plus they didn’t give me my zax sauce. Horrible management is obvious. Fast food should not have a 30 min wait time idc how busy. RANCH CUP IS BIGGER THAN THE TENDER I’m done with Zaxbys officially. Not what it used to be. Fell all the way off

By far the best Zaxby’s experience I’ve had! The individual working the drive through was easy to understand & repeated my order back to me. I received my order QUICKLY & the young lady working the window was extremely kind & professional. The only mistake was grilled instead of fried chicken on one of the salads.
