I am always drawn to Zaxby’s because they have grilled chicken and big salads.
FOOD> I ordered the
Zaxby house Zalad with grilled chicken and Honey mustard.
It is a Mixed greens with carrots and red cabbage, Cheddar Jack cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, and fried onions with Fried or Grilled Chicken and your choice of dressing.
HOWEVER – the chicken was grilled to PERFECTION and the salad was absolutely delicious unfortunately the cucumbers were a bit translucent so I couldn’t enjoy them otherwise it was a great salad and the lettuce and everything else was wonderful – that crispy Texas Toast is always a nice texture treat
SERVICE> The register service was very lovely.
The wait time however was over 15 minutes which was disappointing. I extend grace as they could have had a situation arise and that could have happened to anyone
ATMOSPHERE> The store looks clean and nice. Really nice music
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS> The veggie egg rolls look tempting
And the cookie butter (batter?) milkshake looks like a wicked temptation.
VALUE> The value is good for a huge fresh healthy meal
I would recommend Zaxby’s to others and humbly suggest that management keep an eye on their midday lunch shift and plan accordingly to keep their loyal lunch goers moving along smartly as we love the food and wish to continue to be your patrons.

This particular Zaxbys on Church St has fallen off, if you’re not missing a food item, it’s shorting you on the food( like chicken) and it’s every time I go to this particular location only! I never have this problem at the Lauren’s rd location so that’s where I will go from here on out.Service is also not good as it use to be, I know during lunch time there is this one lady and she has exceptional service but if you go here later in the day, customer service is no more! Customer service and food quality at the Lauren’s rd is always on point, this will be my to-go-to location now.

Everything tastes like garbage food. The tenders were tiny and dry and hard and they sent me dry rub for a lemon pepper dipping sauce. The Asian coleslaw tastes old and so I paid $30 for trash. I will absolutely never order from Zaxby’s since this was my second time trying this restaurant. Horrible food.

Faye the manager stood at the front and had poor pamela working hard! She was just giving out demand and complaining that the GM was loosing money because the store didn’t have all the stuff they needed. She kept bossing around pamela and Pamela kept a smile on her face and positive attitude while faye had a attitude and walking around with a attitude. It seemed like she just had a attitude because the store was literally out of everything. Even cups. So i understand her frustration but she could step in and help

Very disappointed! I usually visit this place once a month since it’s not far from my house. I waited in line for probably about 30 mins which I didn’t mind since that’s usually the usual at that time (7ish). I ordered the chicken sandwich which was delicious. My fries and cookies were both old. The cookies taste as if they had been out for days and the fries were so greasy. They seemed to have been sitting all day and they warmed them up in the microwave. If I’m going to wait I prefer for my food to be hot and fresh. I hope they can fix this moving forward.

Almost slipped and fell even with the signs the floor was so soaked it’s definitely a hazard on top of workers standing around talking when I got my food it was cold I won’t come back when there is more chicken places around with not this kind of service

From the time that I entered the line at the drive-thru through the time that I received my food at the window was 14 minutes. I drove the 2 minutes back to my job. And then opened the container to find that I only received 9 of the 10 wings that I paid for. I called the restaurant to see what their solution was and maybe I could revisit them on another day. But the cashier told me that he was not allowed to give me his name over the phone so that I would know who I had spoken too. Odd. So I drove the 2 minutes back to the “restaurant”. This time I went inside. I handed over my bagged container to the cashier that I had spoken to on the phone. He then handed the container over to a female that was bagging up the orders. The female then loudly broadcast to the 8+ member crew in the back that I wanted my “One Wing”. The crew laughed. I wasn’t amused at this point. She then took my container to the back kitchen area, out of sight. She returns and hands me my bagged container, I thanked her and then I left. I get into my car. I open the container to find the 9 original (now cold) wings and one horribly overcooked, dried, unsauced wing. So I pretty much paid approximately $12 for poor service, D rated food and a collective laugh at my expense. I then deposited the “food” into the trash and wrote this review. To whomever is reading this – I pray that your lunch hour was better than mine.

Customer service SUCKS! Walked in mid yelling between employee and dissatisfied patron. Opened order to ensure correctness. Looks like my toddler grabbed a handful and plated. Not to mention the tenders were super tiny. When inquiring for a few more fries the manager, Morgan (I believe was her name) stated “we measure our fries and are only allowed to give 5 ounces per corporate.” Crazy! I think I’ll choose a different location even if it’s out of the way!
