Outstanding Service Even in an Ice Storm!
We had an awesome experience at Zaxby’s yesterday, right in the middle of an ice/snow storm. Even with the rough weather, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and welcoming. You could tell they were doing everything they could to take great care of everyone who braved the storm to come out.
What really stood out was the management. They went above and beyond by handing out cookies to kids and thanking families for coming in despite the weather. That small gesture made a big impression and turned a simple meal into a genuinely memorable moment.
The food was great as always, but it was the people that made this visit special. Huge kudos to the whole team for keeping such a positive, customer-first attitude during tough conditions. This is exactly why we keep coming back. Well done, Zaxby’s!

Ordered on line for 6 piece snack go large. Of course I had a 10 minute wait because my order wasn’t ready.

I got 5 pieces and regular fries. Called the restaurant and if I go back out in the pouring rain, bring the food they will correct my order.

After not eating Zaxby’s in over a year, I decided today I would try them. I hate being rushed when I’m ordering my food because I forget things. Now I don’t even want the food that I spent money on because I was rushed at the drive-through and forgot to ask for extra ranch and extra seasoning on my fries. After I got my food, I Asked the lady at the drive-through if they could possibly slow down when they are taking orders. With a nasty attitude, she said I didn’t take your order. Gave me my food and closed the window.

I went to zaxbys today and get what I usually ordered which is the wings and things and I got my plate and it didn’t have the wings on it when it’s literally on the whole name so I don’t know who they have back there but please do your job I know it sucks but you get paid for it if I didn’t do my job most of yall wouldn’t have houses to live in so please start worrying about your customers when you are on the job site and not your self until you leave

Went today on my lunch break to get a Chicken Finger Plate, waited, waited and waited. Other people came in after me and they received their food. So when I did receive my food it was cold, not good and then not much hot honey mustard on the Chicken Fingers. And not even a sorry for the mistake or something. Never again…..

Went today on my lunch break and ordered the big zax meal, and asked for extra fries. 21 fries were considered extra fries. I hate to see if I didn’t ask for extra. That was a total ripoff! Thanks.

The food was fresh and hot. The manager is in top of things. They have the best communication of any Zaxby’s in Florence. This is the only one we eat from anymore!

Who puts seasoning (it looks like hamburger seasoning) on a salad? And, they didn’t just flavored it on the grilled chicken strips by themselves, they sprinkled it on top of the entire salad. Now, I can’t eat it. That’s too much seasoning. It doesn’t even come with seasoning; it doesn’t list it on the menu on salads. A waste of money, and, I think it’s this location that overdoes it with the seasoning; it gets people sick. I don’t eat at this location anymore, if at any location.
