Food was BEYOND cold when i got it and not only that, I ordered AND WAS CHARGED for a large fry, and extra fries when I get my food I had enough fries to MAYBE fill a kids meal. If I was going to not get what I paid for I wouldn’t have come to this location. Food or not stuff is too expensive for yall to overcharge then SKIMP PAYING CUSTOMERS. Because WHAT do you mean i paid nearly THIRTY DOLLARS FOR ONE MEAL, and didn’t even get what i ordered. Worst mistake I made trying to give this location ANOTHER chance. At this point the whole team needs to be gutted and replaced from the fry cook to whoever “manages” those employees. And by the other 1-star reviews this location needs to do EXACTLY that

Employees where very disrespectful and nasty , always get the order wrong and miss things I was in drive-through. I’d asked twice if they got everything before I drove home. It took over 35 minutes to get my food because they kept taking orders and putting them in takeout parking spots .I got home and they missed the 10 piece chicken fingers, sauces ,& eggrolls I spent over $70. I called the store. The woman I spoke to said she was on the fryer and didn’t care she told me I would have to drive to store bring the bag back with all the food and she would judge if I was correct .she was very inappropriate and rude. After she hung up the phone . I expected all of the food to be in there because I did check with the cashier twice. I would assume people would be competent enough to check orders obviously not and I will have to sit at the drive-through and dig through the bag to make sure everything‘s in there next time

Want to give a shoutout to the skinny young man at register today. Just left from lunch.
He ran the front by himself for about an hour with no complaints or help. Food was great. Atmosphere was good.
I gave it 4 stars because the manager didn’t help him or send someone to help and they made a lady there for an interview wait almost an hour from her scheduled appointment.
I’ve ran restaurants and fast/quick food ones and that’s the only thing that threw me off was the manager being hidden during lunch hour except toward the end where he popped in the kitchen.

I stopped by this Zaxbys at 7:05PM because my kids begged me for it for dinner after a very long day.
Its normal but we stood in line for approximately 20-25 minutes.
I ordered $24.50 worth of food for my kids and one large ticket item the Loaded Fries for my pregnant wife as she requested.
Paid my money, got the food, drove up a little and had my wife check the bag to make sure all items were accounted for. They were not. We were missing our large fry extra seasoning so I had to go back inside to get that. 1st mistake.
THEN getting home my wife opens her loaded fries and its just fries with ranch, cheese and chicken. Absolutely no bacon which was the lore of her wanting them with her craving.
I called the store and THIS is what is prompting me to write the review…I asked to speak to the manager to hopefully get this rectified in the future…he told me in order to to refunded OR get a replacement i had to BRING THE FOOD BACK. Absolutely ridiculous! The store is in Goose Creek and I live in Ladson. Its the kids bedtime..so yea let me gather them BACK up car seats and all and drive back, waste my gas for your workers missing routine simple orders.
Rather than him fix the situation he said “THEN SPEAK TO MY GM WHO COMES IN TOMORROW”…I said SURE ..what is their name?
He then REFUSED to give me their name and said they are not allowed to give out their names???? Bro stop the foolishness.
I THEN asked him for HIS name to which he replied “im not giving you my name either”
Accountability is easy, but not for this particular manager. You took my money and didint give me the service or products I requested..THATS THEFT.
Its the principle..I’ll take this as far as I need to go!

Cleanliness was the only positive aspect of this location. The manager was unprofessional, the portions were small, and although the food was served at an acceptable temperature, it clearly lacked freshness. The manager used profanity & was extremely condescending. This isn’t a corporate location so maybe they don’t have to live up to the same expectations.

Waited 40 minutes for my food, then when I asked the team members up front they realized they gave my food to someone else, no apology or anything. Then l proceeded to wait another ridiculous wait to actually get my food. Horrible service and the kids working back there are too busy playing around to pay attention to the customer. Not one to complain but I am highly disappointed in the direction this once great place to eat has gone downhill.

We ordered from door dash, but unfortunately when our food was delivered we had no sauces and had also got different food instead of what we ordered even though the receipt on the bag was indeed ours. Even though we ordered through door dash whatever’s in the bag is the employees job to check if its what the customer paid for.

I’ve gotten a Cobb salad from here twice and will definitely drive out of the way to University or Rivers location. Both times I’ve got a little bit of diced up chicken and bacon. The other locations slice the chicken but leave it still obvious that it’s an entire piece not less than half. I don’t understand why I need like twenty slices of cucumber and skimp on the meat. The quantity vs prices is out of wack. I understand inflation and am okay paying more but don’t go up and give less food. This is why post pandemic I’m using more local businesses and less corporations!!! The store is always clean and tidy. The food quality is outstanding it’s just portion size. I get salad every time and the lettuce, vegetables and chicken are always fresh. They definitely don’t put out old or stale food. My family usually do wings, tenders and fries and they’re always pleased with how it’s cooked.

I would give a zero if I could. I ordered my food at 4:42 and it took 20 minutes to get a simple big Zax snack with no drink. No one was hungry waiting in line when I got there. But people were waiting. Not sure how long they were waiting. The people in the drive through were being parked and asked to wait. The staff was not in any hurry and didn’t seem to care less. Picked up mine and my wife’s food prior to this and our food ended up cold. Staff needs to be retrained or something or corporate needs to step in and find out what is going on at this location. This has never been a at this location before the remodel. Definitely won’t be back and definitely dont recommend

Placed an order online. Was supposed to be ready at 5:39. Received food at 6:00. Got home and everything was incorrect. Ordered grilled chicken ( it was fried). Asked for nothing on sandwich but lettuce and tomato, filled with sauce. Asked for no onion/bellpepper in quesedilla( guess what, filled with both). Called manager (Ezekiel) and his response was to bring it back with the receipt and he’d see what he could do. Never had issues before but today’s service was horrible!
