Nice, shiny, new location! This location has a drive thru or you can dine inside. If you’ve never eaten at a Zaxby’s before, I find their chicken strips to be smaller than most places so, I recommend ordering a meal with one more piece than you’d normally order elsewhere. The food at this location was very good! I like that they have a big selection of dipping sauces to choose from. I also really like their coleslaw and the garlic toast that comes with the chicken finger plate. This location is quick and convenient to get to and from I-85 if you’re traveling. I recommend this location.

My experience at Zaxby’s today, thanks to two outstanding employees, Javion and Destiny!
This was my 1st time at this Zaxbys and it will certainly not be my last. When we entered the restaurant, we were greated by a bright smile by a young man whom I glanced at his nametag, named Javion. He had the best personality that you could ever imagine.
Javion took my order with a warm smile and was incredibly efficient, making sure I had everything I needed. He was patient and friendly, even though I was undecided upon my order. Destiny then brought out my food, and it was clear she had double-checked everything to ensure accuracy. She was also very polite and attentive, asking if there was anything else I needed before I settled in to eat.
Both Javion and Destiny exemplify excellent customer service. Their positive attitudes and dedication to making sure customers have a great experience truly stood out. They are a positive credit to the Zaxby’s team! I look forward to dining here again all because of these 2!!

This is the best Zaxby’s I’ve been to in a long time. The tables are clean and not cramped. The service was excellent; the young man who took our order, Javion, was so pleasant. And the food was hot and fresh. The other Zaxby’s should definitely follow their example!

Second review , owner contacted me and I received the a salad and egg rolls on them.
Overall rating I gave was based on the fact that this salad had twice as much chicken. My first salads were sparse on the chicken on both of the salads. Did realize the person had split the chicken to rush the order?

I ordered 10 traditional wings, a Zensational Salad and 5 traditional wings. My only complaint is that my total was 38$ and my 5 wings was ALL FLATS! Like could you not at least put 2 drums in with 3 flats. I’ll be sure to say exactly what I want when I order next time. Like half and half please! ♀️
