Would have been a 5 star visit, but they have false pricing. I asked the manager about it, and his response was that the app wasn’t updated yet. Service was good. Food was made to order, so it was nice and hot. It’s a Zaxby’s so of course it tastes good.

On our most recent trip to South Carolina we decided to explore few chicken sandwich spots that we don’t see near Chicago. We stopped here to try Zexbys chicken sandwich for the first time and the staff took their time to explain the menu to us and recommended few menu items. Our family was even given a full set of sauces to try. We don’t each much at fast food chains but when we did we have never come across staff so friendly. GREAT JOB GUYS! KEEP IT UP! All 5 of us were super impressed with your hospitality

Horrible and Iran Gromez is an inexperienced manager along with his crew. I ordered fresh food with fries–nothing was fresh and they dumped excessive amount of seasoning on the fries.

Me and my man went because we were just so hungry and he happened to order a 4 finger plate. you know we pull up to the window and pay and everything cool right, so we get our food and stuff and we see all the items so we get home you know ready to devour this perfect meal right? WRONG! they didn’t give us any sauce and we were missing some fingers as well. We were extremely upset not only did we have 2 fingers but no sauce?? that’s where i draw the line! how are we supposed to eat with no sauce? I feel like i’m about to have a heart attack. If you order curbside don’t reply to the email with your location. This store won’t look at it they don’t have their tablet out to see it. There are no signs to tell you where to park for curbside pickup or with a number to call. Five of my chicken strips were smaller than a pack of sauce. I called the manager he takes no accountability said he just got there at 3:30pm. The dining room is locked at 7p.m.

We went through the drive through tonight and spent over $47 on food, it was not a big order or anything but when we checked our order they threw in several random sauces and none of the ones we asked for. They just threw in everything but the side of tongue torch we paid for or any of the sauces or salad dressings. We paid for them but these kids were too busy carrying on talking and acting like they’re at a social event or speed dating event than at work. They aren’t paid to talk and act simple, it’s not hard to read a ticket and put the items in a bag!
Don’t come here, especially at closing they don’t give a crap about their jobs.

This Zaxby’s used to always be such a great place to go to but lately with the new drive through and the curbside it’s nothing but a mess and the food has gone down hill. I don’t know why ANYONE would think giving me 4 of these “chicken tenders” was ok! Won’t be going back for a while unfortunately.

I will not be going back to this particular Zaxby’s. I recommend the Zaxby’s on Hwy 29 in Wellford, across from the 7-11. There’s a price difference also.
