Always clean! William (I do believe he is the manager, if not-he should be!) is always a pleasure. This was our 2nd time inside, & he remembered our orders & also where we sat when we had come in the previous time. He was very kind & welcoming, promptly brought our food & made sure we had what we needed. Enjoyed it a lot, & both times we’ve dined in, the service & cleanliness have been great! You can tell they actually clean their dining rooms!

Jeez.. unfortunately as a loyal zaxbys member this was disappointing, this is the first time I got such a sad meal. Barely sauced, no utensils, fries barely seasoned after I ordered extra seasoned. My day was already going downhill, needless to say, this made it more depressing.

Out of all the Zaxbys in my area this is hands down the best one. I live in gaffney and I’d always prefer to drive the extra miles to this location instead. They have upper level management in there working just as hard as the employees. Shoutout to the district manager Evan I see him in there a lot putting in work and he’s taken my order a few times always a solid guy.

Went through the drive thru which is 3 mins away from my house. The fries, chicken and toast were cold. We ordered 2 plates and both plates were cold with barely any sauce on the chicken and barely any fries. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.

For the most part the good is always great but. Lacks on sauces. The loaded fries always come dry from this restaurant. .. the always seen to forget the Zaxby’s sauce that comes with your meal. The tea though is always good. People are nice.

I absolutely hate that they have people in the drive thru like Chick-fil-A. I don’t use the drive thru now because I’m an introvert – I don’t want to talk to ppl standing there- so now I guess I’m stuck doing curbside. Its creepy and awkward to talk to them at the drive thru and honestly it’s too hot for them to be outside
