This is the most fast, cleaniest, and friendly fast food restaurant Ive been to. Everything looks great even the organized condiments and silverware. All their staff are friendly and make sure to welcome all guests as they walk in. My food was fresh and came out soon as I finished making my drinks. Excellent place!

So I ordered the loaded chicken bacon ranch fries. New place so thought they had been trained right and didn’t check. My mistake. Somehow they give me what’s in the picture included. A sorry amount of fries with a slice of bacon… and not one piece of chicken!… I drive back and the doors locked at 8:55 to the lobby so wait in the Drive-Thru to get this fixed. I sat in that line not moving one car for 20 mins. Should have been sitting down at home eating but ended up 45 minutes long. Do not come here. Zaxby’s has just taken a nose dive in quality. Please Raising Cain come to Spartanburg!

One of the cleanest and friendliest Zaxbys I’ve been to in a while. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was freshly hot and was done by the time I got to thw window. Will definitely recommend everyone to come and bring your family and friends to this homey store

I go to zaxbys a couple times a week . The food is delicious. My kids love them kiddy fingers ! But in the past 3 weeks I see the same employee sitting in the dining on his phone with a grim while the others are running all around and he just sitting there ? I have 2 kids and it take me almost 1 whole hour for them to finish there food and he still there I find that kind of awkward and I go there a couple times a week !!! And different times…. Get that men to work !!!! He look young and able!!! It doesn’t hurt me! But I feel bad for the other employees that actually are running all around ! I swear that when I go again a the same guy I’ll take a picture. I really find this kind of disrespectful . Well I believe this is easy money! But it’s just really makes it awkward to go there every time to this ! Even my 5 year old mentioned me “ the same guy” . But beside everything the food is hot hot hot and well done !

Poor service. They left out one of the two meals we ordered and since it was near closing we called and asked for a refund but they refused and told me to come back and they would give me a replacement meal. When I went a week later the shift manager told me it had been too long since I waited a week and refused to give me the replacement meal and still would not refund me.

Extremely poor experience with one of the managers and Travis, one of the owners. Waited until after I paid to tell me they couldn’t complete my order and then wouldn’t refund me. Travis followed me to my card to feign concern and then doubled down on not refunding me.

Had only 3 cars in front of us. Sat in line for over 35 minutes for a wings and things and a kids grilled cheese. They did not even know our order once we got to the window. They then asked us to pull up only to wait another 10 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable.
