This Zaxby’s is an embarrassment. Employees were parked on their phones, moving at a snail’s pace, and acting like customers were ruining their night. Zero urgency, zero communication, zero effort.
They were already mentally closed at 8 PM despite being open until 10:30 PM, and it showed. Cold, unseasoned fries. Boneless wings that tasted like they’d been sitting out since lunch. Straight-up slop.
If doing the bare minimum is too hard, find another job. This place needs to be gutted and rebuilt with people who actually want a paycheck.

First of all, I came to order a Cobb salad through the drive-through I was asked to sit and wait in the curbside pick up picked up my salad and left only to find out. They made the salad with no cheese. I called back and let them know instead of we apologize you may come back. I got so you wanna come back and get cheese I thought that was so un concerned that you messed up my order and didn’t even have an apology it’s always something over there with them girls going bus River I decided not to even go back. I didn’t want to deal with me already having an attitude and they taking one like I did something to them. They gotta do better or get out of customer service. I really hope management reads this because this is not the first time, but it has been several times through that window and they lack customer service. They must need to go to the same school the people from Chick-fil-A go to.

I had a very disappointing experience today at this Zaxby’s location.
I ordered a Dry Rub Wings & Things meal with a Coke for curbside pickup, scheduled for 8:00 PM. I parked in the curbside spot, selected “I’m Here,” and entered my parking number. My car was clearly visible from the drive-thru window, and staff looked in my direction multiple times.
However, even after waiting until 8:40 PM, no one brought out my order.
I eventually went inside to ask about it, and my food was sitting on a side table the entire time. I was then told they did not have Coke. If I hadn’t gone inside, it seems my order would have never been brought out simply because they were out of one drink item.
I understand that things run out, but the lack of communication and the 40-minute wait without any update was very frustrating.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing.

The food taste good but I felt chested because I ordered a 6 chicken finger plate w a large fry and subbed the cole slaw for more fries and got what appears to be simply 2 small orders of fries, granted this happens routinely at any location so I typically order the large without season or vice versa. The cashier didn’t put my order in according to procedure so I wasn’t asked my name or what type of sauce I wanted and my preference for my fries was ignored but the charge was still there. For some reason people came in after me ordered, and received three food before me. When picking up my food I was simply ready to leave but wanted to get the correct sauces, I asked for the desired sauce and was questioned as to why I didn’t want the sauce in my bag.

I visited this location, and I found a gum wrapper in my grilled cobb salad. The store manager Missy was useless at best. She didn’t apologize, she didn’t offer to give me a refund, she did nothing. All she said was “no one was chewing gum back there.” I said well someone clearly was cause the wrapper is in my salad. I asked for a refund and Missy gave my receipt to the front cashier & she went to the back or in the mgrs office & stayed there. While the lady up front was giving me a refund, a guy on the back line was drinking right in front of my face. I told the cashier, “He’s drinking right now on the backline.” She said,” Oh, I know they always eat back there. ” I have not been back to this restaurant since. As for the so-called store manager, Missy, customer service isn’t for you cause you lack the basics when it comes to customer service!!

The food was good and plentiiful. I ordered the House Salad with fried chicken and ranch dressing and a lemonade drink to dine in and 5 chicken fingers to go. The Staff and Manager were friendly and courteous and working with a sense of urgency. No visible cell phones and no one standing around doing nothing. I will return and I do recommend.

Several negative experiences at this location. The last time I ate here I got food poisoning . Im pretty sure they let the meat expire and go out of temp and then still serve it. Plus they have this weird thing where if you go through drive thru and pay for your food, they ask to pull into the parking lot and park until someone can bring it out to you.

The food is typically good and the staff is very nice and friendly. My main issue with this location is that my mobile orders always have something missing or entirely wrong. My hopes are that in the future they may be more attentive to the order tickets and ensure they match the food in the bag.

I haven’t had Zaxby’s in years typically I don’t eat from their restaurant not a big fan, but my friends suggested to try the milkshake so I caved in and ordered some via Uber eats I tried the fried cheesecake bites , my thing is how hard is it to make sure the customer have all their correct items before handing it off to the delivery driver ? I ordered twice from them and they still forgot my items in my bag, but overall the milkshake was pretty good and the cheesecake bites are a hit and miss , one minute they are good and the next they are hard as a brick , tried the loaded fries honestly it wasn’t worth it , the chicken was hard and the cheese didn’t even melt so when you try to take a bite the cheese don’t even pull apart lol

It’s always a hit or miss with this location. Staff needs a big attitude improvement but I guess that’s to be expected in this area. Food is either right with no paid for extra sauces or wrong with all the sauces and utensils. Only come here if you really really want Zaxby’s.
