My 1st time trying Zaxby’s! Absolutely DELICIOUS! I loved everything! The sauce, coleslaw, tenders, everything was so good! And the dessert was the cherry on top! The service was fast as well. I love Zaxby’s! ❤️

Last year this place used to be good. The food would take a while to get but at least it was well seasoned and appropriate portions. Lately, for the past months, it’s been a disappointing experience after another:
The fries portions are always small and barely seasoned.
The wings are barely seasoned. I taste a plain wing more than the lemon peper seasoning. The most tasteful thing on my meal was the garlic bread.
On a positive note the dining room tables were clean.

So the wings were supposed to be mild, the toast you can throw thru a window. This is after getting home and driving back up there a second time. Absolutely aweful!

Went there tonight order my meal. There was a woman in front and 2 other people then me and people after me. After 20 minutes people between the lady and myself were given there food, people after me got there food. People coming in after use were getting their food. Went to the counter and asked were my order was and I guess he’s the manager said I’m working on it but people way behind me was getting there food. Requested a refund and got attitude from the manager to the point he finally came to the register and gave me my refund. Know the woman in front of me still didn’t get her food by the time I left. They only thing different was the woman and myself was white. That manager has a serious attitude problem, won’t be going there ever again. The guy at the register was the only polite person.

Y’all don’t even try!! Embarrassing!! I ordered a traditional wings and things and got boneless instead didn’t even realize till I got home. The wings were dry and weren’t fully covered in the sauce. I also paid extra for a LARGE fry in the meal and got about a handful of fries in the box! The toast was nearly burnt, and fries barely had any seasoning on them at all!! Also, alot of kids working behind the counter were just being extremely loud and laughing and playing around. Never going to this location again, I’m tired of wasting my money here, this is the FOURTH time I wrote a bad review for this store. I work in food service and if I ever performed this bad I would be ashamed of myself. Unacceptable.

Ordered online, app said food would be ready at 6:41 pm. Waiting in the store until after 7pm, food was received at 7:10pm. I saw at least 6 trays of Zac snack meals ordered while standing there get delivered. When asked how much longer for my order I was told they were still working on my family order. I think the 6 trays that were ordered and completed while I stood there would have made my ordered meal. Will not be revisiting this location.

Horrible place, horrible employees, you wait forever for your food and realize your food has been sitting on the counter for 20 minutes under other pick up orders. I got a family box with 20 piece chicken tenders and a salad. They gave us zero sauces and they also forgot to give us the dressing for the salad. Please save your money and not give yourself a bad experience with rude employees.

every time i get this zaxbys, they forget something, or my fries aren’t seasoned at all, or my sweet tea is UNSWEET and warm. biggest thing for me is the seasoning on the fries. that’s why a lot of folks eat there then they get disappointed.
