One of the absolutely best places to eat in all of Columbia. I’ll order food there and get my meal before I even have time to finish filling up my drink. The service is fantastic. It’s always clean. The food is delicious. The new redesign of their restaurant last year in on February 3rd took some getting used to, but I enjoy it. Miss Lisa, Miss Tiana, and Mr Ian are especially always friendly. I go here once a week for a reason. Have been since 2021. And I’ll continue to until I leave Columbia.

Well it started out a bit rough, after ordering 2 orders of egg rolls which comes 2 to an order! We only got 1 order of 2 egg rolls. Luckily I was right down the road when I checked it and called! Crystal not only said she would handle it but she threw in an extra 2 with sauce! Good job Crystal you are an asset to that restaurant!

I hadn’t eaten here in years and decided to try it again on Christmas Eve. The food has much improved over the years. There were only 3 people working the whole store. And despite being busy the lady working the front register was delightful.

I ordered Zaxby’s from the Knox Abbott location and the food was terrible. I was also informed by my door desk driver that they had to remake it because someone had walked in and claimed they were driving for doordash and stole it! OMG I am not ordering from here again. The shrimps were not cooked properly and the plate look like my 5-year-old niece was trying to cook for me. After a few bites I refuse to eat anymore I waste of money.

The male, black bald head manager didn’t acknowledge the fact that the order was not made correctly and was very nonchalant about correcting their mistake. Being the manager of a fast food restaurant that incompletes orders is your decision, not mine.

Got Zaxby’s from Knox Abbott today and these are the sorry excuse for chicken fingers that I got these are supposed to be five fingers absolutely terrible. Hardly any ice in the drink I’m done with zaxbys how quickly they have fallen
