First time we’ve ever eaten at a Zaxby’s! This was in Sumter, SC. This place was amazing!!! The food was fantastic, the restaurant was VERY clean, Inc the restrooms, and the employees were very kind! Would recommend 10 out of 10! You guys rock!

Horribly understaffed. I received courteous and friendly service but I waited for almost 30 mins for my order on a Sunday and I’m not exaggerating. This is unacceptable. The line of people waiting backed up through the dining room.

I had a great experience at Zaxby’s. I came through the drive thru and I think her name was Genyia, not 100% sure if that’s how you spell it but it sounded like that. She took my order on the headpiece and then came to the window to take my payment. She was very sweet and helpful. You can tell she works hard and actually cares about customers.

This location is sort of hidden from the road – thank goodness for google maps! Our first time trying Zaxby’s and we loved it! Really appreciate that they have a family meal option. Made it quick and easy for a quick dinner choice! also appreciated all the fun decor!

The order took 25 minutes had to park after order at the drive thru and waited 20 minutes.

I think she may be a genuinely happy person. Either that or it was the end of her shift. LOL. Anyway she is very good at her job. The store is clean and the food was great. It was worth walking across the highway.

Customer Service was fine.
Chicken tenders and French fries were inedibly over salted.
Provided dressing was inadequate to cover the salad and hide ancient tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, and more – which should have been tossed hours ago.
The dining room ice machine was empty.
Decor was upsettingly odd, especially the pictures of burning structures. Perhaps anything soft would have absorbed the annoying cacophony din of the dining room. I preferred having not have dined in house ever before.
Additionally, it has been about seven years since I had take-out several times at another unit of Zaxby’s. This is by far the worst unit in which I have sought out alimentation. And probably the last and final one.
