Was traveling to an event and we decided to stop and dine in to keep from attempting to eat and drive. Went in and was greeted by the cashier. Took our order and advised about the Zaxby’s rewards and how to add after purchase… which I thought was extremely good (where I think most people wouldn’t, so I definitely appreciate her taking the time to ensure bang for my buck.

Waited 26 minutes inside to get my food. Recommend ordering online to avoid the busy lunch hour crowd. I ordered a number three. The boneless chicken wings were noticeably cooler than the fresh fries and chicken tenders. None of my food tasted old.

I ordered a mobile order that was supposed to be done in 10 minutes. I get there tell the girl I had a mobile order she rolls her eyes and then ask the name. Then she walks over to other register and grabs a receipt that has been sitting there since I ordered my food. So then my food gets started at that point not when I ordered. She never said I’m sorry for the wait…sorry nobody seen ur order or anything. Even after waiting on my food for 35 minutes. Never even said have a nice day. Never going back.
