My experience at Zaxbys was probably the best i’ve ever had at a fast food place . The service was good, my food was amazing, they did forget something in my order but the Manager Trent , went above and beyond. He was able to help me out perfectly and even gave me something for free for the troubles i went through. Besides that it was an awesome experience, will be going back soon

I stopped by Zaxby’s today and it totally hit the spot! The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, and the Kickin Chicken Sandwich never disappoints. The crinkle fries were hot and seasoned just right. The manager and staff were friendly and the food came out fast.

It’s alright, I got the Big Zax Snak Meal and it was disappointing honestly. The tenders weren’t that big and the so called Texas toast was more like a normal slice of toast, and the amount of fries was small. Not sure if all locations are like this but I’d say just go to Canes if you want some good tenders. It tasted pretty good but I’d pick Canes 9.5 times outta 10 if given the option.

We dined at this Zaxby’s for lunch today. The guy at the order desk was very friendly. We ordered the Chicken Fingers meal with fries and a Zaxby’s Signature Chicken Sandwich. All of it was really good. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the dining room with all the decorations. We will definitely dine here again.

This zaxbys has always been my favorite place to eat at when I come to Sylva. It’s the best zaxbys in western North Carolina. The service is top notch, food is always consistently great. The team members here go above and beyond. The assistant manager Trent Inman is the nicest guy and what a hard worker. He’s always so friendly and delightful. Making sure my family’s dinner is amazing and our needs are beyond met. Thank you Trent and sylva zaxbys for being rockstars!
