Got the 3 chicken nibblerz and hubby ordered the chicken fingers. Also we tried the cheese curds. Everything was good and fresh since we got there at beginning of lunch.

Everything I ordered was over salted and it wasn’t just my meal even the KIDS MEAL my child got was so salty to the point that even sauce couldn’t make it edible. I’m not even a picky fast food person. I didn’t get my drinks or my zax sauce. The only thing that wasn’t too salty was the fried pickles which would have been the only thing I expected to be saltier.

I don’t really like Zaxby’s chicken, but they offered a free Big Zac Snak Meal for downloading their app, so I decided to give it another try. I also got a side of the Fried White Cheddar Bites, because it was an item I wasn’t familiar with. I ordered through the app and then picked it up inside and ate it inside. The food was sitting on a shelf, so I didn’t need to interact with the staff. The food itself was decent. The fried white cheddar bites were soft, and not crispy like I was expecting. Overall, we had a nice experience, but I probably wouldn’t pay full price for the food.

Went for lunch with my friend and waited 30 minutes for our food. That entire time there was a middle aged lady who looked like a manager pacing back and forth at the front profusely apologizing to anyone who even looked slightly at her and ranting about how she wanted to close, but corporate wouldn’t let her. I feel like if she put that much effort into helping in the kitchen or drive-thru then they might have been in a better place than they were. I could tell by the glances from the rest of the staff that they agreed.

I used to really like this place. They used to have the zaxby club sandwich. Which was my favorite thing to get. They also no longer have milkshakes, which I loved. You couldn’t beat their banana pudding milkshake. I tried a chicken sandwich, and it just wasn’t the same it was dry and flavorless. I don’t know if I will go back.

Used to love this place for many years. We always return hoping it will magically get better. We usually regret it, sadly. The lines are long, the service is not great, and we hardly ever come home with all of the food that we pay for. Hoping for improvements for the future! We used to love Zaxbys.

Cobb salad was not good. It had 4 lettuce hearts almost hard cores. Had to wait almost 20 minutes. Thank goodness we had our winter coats on as it felt like 60 degrees while we were eating.
