Great experience. We happened to be the only ones inside eating but the drive thru was busy. The food was made quickly and everything tasted great. The employees were very kind and helpful.

I NEVER write reviews, but this was the absolute worst fast food experience I have personally ever experienced. The full crew of teenage workers were disrespectful and rude. The food was far from fresh and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. There was a time I enjoyed this restaurant, but those days are long over.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience deserves one. I went to Zaxby’s recently and the teenage workers there completely messed up our order. They ended up giving our food to somebody else, and when I went inside to let them know, they said they’d make it again. I waited patiently, but after standing there for a while, I realized they forgot to even make the food again.
No apology, no urgency, just confusion and a lot of standing around. It’s frustrating when you pay for food, and it feels like no one’s paying attention. I get that mistakes happen, but this was just sloppy service all around. Hopefully management can step in and train the staff better, because this location really needs improvement.

Charged 25 cents for sweet and spicy and the drive thru clerk never told me that sauce was an upcharge till I got the reciept. 10.70 for 3 tinders a piece of Texas toast they don’t even bake, fries and a medium drink…that’s $2 worth of product for $10…and then charge me 25 for a special sauce since the free one you offer is disgusting…that’s amazing customer service…

I would have given 5 Stars all around, but we were short 1 chicken finger in our order of 10. I’m giving 4 stars, however, because the employees we talked to did a good job. We stopped during our travels through Hendersonville (8/4) to get a 10-piece chicken fingers, fries, cheddar bites and a couple drinks. We went inside to place a to-go order. The place was clean, and the cashier was very friendly. We also asked another employee for a good place to buy a cake and she was very friendly and helpful! My child loves to count. She counted the fingers and said, “Dad, we only got 9 fingers!” That of course didn’t stop her from enjoying them. I hope your experience is just as good or better.

I usually love to grab a Cobb salad from here when I get the chance, I’ve never had a problem eating here before, except for today when I open my salad and see that they served me lettuce that appears to be over a week old. I don’t know who thought it was okay to serve lettuce that’s that old but it could definitely make someone sick. I’m sad because I can’t eat my $11 salad now.

Drive thru was extremely fast. Food was fresh and tasted great!! Sat in the parking lot and ate and watched them serve everyone quickly. They were super friendly. Best experience at a Zaxbys. I’d even say it was probably the best fast food experience I’ve had in a long time from anywhere!! The crew that’s working right now are top notch!! Thanks guys. We will be back!!
