On today’s visit, service was fast, dining in. As I was sitting at my table waiting for my name to be called I observed a young lady, working behind the counter, playing on her personal phone. My name was called, she’s the one that handled my food. After sitting down, I returned to the counter to get a drink cup, and the same lady and another young lady was around the corner, no one manning the counter, playing on their phones and digging in a purse. A young man wiping tables, came back up behind the counter to help me out. Food preparation employees SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HANDLE THEIR CELL PHONES WHEN ON DUTY!

I can’t believe I went here. I know better. Those yummy chicken tacos. Nope it’s not true I got a tortilla with overcooked chicken finger and hardly any lettuce or tomatoes. How stupid of me to think this place has anything but exorbitant prices. I could get what they served us for a dollar somewhere else. How many times do I need to waste my money?

I ordered a chicken finger plate and the slaw was kinda warm and ran over the fries and I asked them why they can’t have it in a bowl anymore and the manager said they aren’t allowed to do that…to me that’s not right
