I do a lot of road traveling and always like zaxbys. However the Zaxbys in Statesville NC was the best one we’ve been to. It was super clean even in the restrooms. The staff was very friendly and so polite. The service was quick and the salad was arranged so neatly. The toast was perfect- not chewy like some other stores. Whoever trained this crew should get a job at your corporate level to help out the other branches.

It took a few minutes for my family and I (3 of us) to be acknowledged and have our order taken. Once we were spoken to, the 2 ladies up front were very friendly and took our order. No problems. Only thing, my Texas toast, twice now has been plain toast! My favorite part lol anyways chicken sandwiches and tenders were great and fries too.

I wouldn’t say I’m a big fan of Zaxby’s, but I do like their chicken finger tacos. I tried them on a whim, and you’d actually be surprised how good they are.

Zaxby’s (or at least this location) is one of the better ones, for sure.

I don’t even know what to say, 3 of my boneless wings was missing sauce ion the end and the rest are floating in it. They probably put so much sauce because they were overcooked. They were hard And only a couple of my fries had seasoning. Very disappointing.

My most recent visit to this restaurant was this evening 2/19 was feeling some wings n things and sitting in line waiting decided on a milkshake to go along with dinner. After placing my order was informed my total was $16.32, seemed to be accurate, pulled forward to the window, once to the window was informed my total was $22.xx!!! Was told that my order was still being totaled as I pulled around to which I was skeptical told them I was told my total was $16.32 was met with resistance but only given shoddy excuses as described above instead of any sort of accountability needless to say I ate bojangles. Service will have to improve before I visit again.

This is hands down the worst Zaxby’s around, the customer service is awful, we went a few weeks ago at 8:30pm their hours were clearly posted on the building, Google maps, and their website. But we were told by the drive thru worker they were closed and that new hours that haven’t been released to the public had been enacted. The a few days later when we asked if that was true, a manager told it’s because the power was out, which was not the case. Then tonight, against our better judgement and not wanting to drive to Troutman, we gave them another chance. Mistake, the restaurant wasn’t crowded but it took 20+ minutes to get thru the drive thru only to end up with the wrong order.

I arrived before my time window due to scheduling issues, and they were very kind to me about it. I was accommodated with hospitality, and the food was done perfectly. Seasoned well and hot! This is an excellent Zaxby’s location. The interior has plenty of room, and it is kept clean.

listen I’ve been coming here for 6 years and i understand a line i understand a wait . but i shouldn’t have to turn my vehicle off multiple times in line. To then get to the window and get the wrong order.. am all for kids working but there needs to be adult in charge one that understands the job title of being a manager and running a store . if this keeps up its only matter of time before food poisoning or closure for the lack of care.

This particular restaurant is always clean and the parking lot is well maintained. It is awkward to get to or leave when driving north, but there are two separate traffic lights available nearby.
We order mostly thru their app and then pick up inside the restaurant (they do not do drive thru pickup). The workers here are always polite and helpful.
One of their best deals are their “Zalads.” Always very fresh with good produce and generous chicken. One salad is equivalent to a very large meal for one or a more appropriately, 2 very nice size lunches. They do have the best meal salads out of any fast food or traditional sit-down restaurant. Cannot beat the price.
Now, ordering through the app, you get coupons or deals not available in the store. For a while, they had a weekend-only Bogo-free wings deal in the app. We took advantage of that. The wings were very good and the price was awesome.
My husband has tried their “Chicken Philly” (he loved it) and I’ve tried their spicy chicken sandwich (good). Nothing beats their chicken tenders though. Some of the best around and I prefer them over the sandwiches.
Our special treat when we come here are the fried white cheddar bites. When they are hot, they are incredibly decadent. (Even good when cooled!)
