i would go as far as to say this location is one of the worst fast foods in hickory. no sauce on anything, no seasoning on anything, and the cherry on top is the SLOWEST service around town. waited 15 minutes for TWO cars. will 1000% make the trek to the springs road location instead.

We went through the drive thru. We only live 8 minutes away and when we opened our food it was cold. Not warm or cool but cold. The chicken had no warmth to it at all. Very disappointed this is the second time this has happened recently. I don’t usually complain but you should get what you pay for. This was not worth the money.

I just left the Zaxby’s in Conover NC and this location needs immediate attention.
When we placed our order, we were told there was no fry seasoning. I decided to order anyway, but the problems continued from there. The drink station was extremely dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned all day. There was a large puddle of water beside the machine that no one had cleaned up. The drink machine also had no ice, so I had to go to the front counter to ask for ice.
When I went to get napkins, there were none available. After asking at the counter, an employee told me the store was completely out of napkins. I could not believe a restaurant was operating without napkins. I really don’t want greasy dirty fingers when I leave a food spot.
The grilled chicken sandwich I received was chewy and seemed undercooked, so I threw it away.
I have visited many Zaxby’s locations and never experienced anything like this. The Conover store needs serious management attention regarding cleanliness, food quality, and basic customer service. This experience reflects very poorly on the brand.

my sister and i came around 10pm tonight, and everybody was extremely disrespectful and screaming profanity at each other. when we got our food they just kinda threw it at us, and shut the window on my face when i was trying to ask a simple question. will not be going back to this location, as somebody who also works in fast food, and customer service i don’t appreciate the way i was treated and talked to. i hope this is fixed immediately.

Falling behind, almost every soda was out. They were all out of sugar so no sweet tea. Beverage station looks like it hasn’t been cleaned all week. Order wasn’t correct. Food was cold, no dressing for my salad……Unfortunately this place looks like it’s run by teenagers so I’m not surprised. Other locations I been to have been better.

Most of the time the food is good. The last 3 times I’ve been here it’s took 15 minutes or more to get my food. It’s been really slow. I will probably go somewhere else for a while till they get the issue resolved. I like Zaby’s but it seems to take forever anymore.

This place is disgusting. My family and I spent our whole visit trying to eat shewing flies away. Dead flies laying on tables. Bathrooms were disqusting! The mens restroom had NO SOAP! Their Ice machine was out of ice and when I looked up in it there was mold all inside of it! I have plenty of photos! This will be our last trip at this location! I didn’t even see a manager. I seen all kids playing around laughing and joking. There is nothing funny about this place!! There food is too high for service like this. They was out of Cheese?? This location used to be EXCELLENT! THEY NEED A MAKEOVER ASAP. Look at these photos below

I ordered online for pickup 2 orders of chicken fajita quesadillas. After opening at home there were NO fajita vegetables and very little chicken. This is by far the worst $23.00 spent on a trashy meal. Terrible experience!

No issues with food but whatever they mopped the floor with almost caused my father and I to fall. It was like they mopped the floor with grease and we couldn’t keep our feet in one spot. Even the bathroom was the same and other customers having issues walking or standing.
