Waited much longer than told, pull forward and wait for drive thru, no sauce or plasticware. I feel like when you’re paying higher than average prices for fast food it sets the expectation for the food and service higher than average and my experience was far below average.

Would give the Boone, NC Zaxby’s zero stars if it were allowable in this app. Went there specifically to try the “Zaxville Hot Sandwich,” arriving about 8 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2019 to find only a handful of customers. In hindsight, maybe this should’ve told me something about this restaurant.

I consider this place to be an average chicken place on par with KFC except you can’t get real chicken pieces there. I hadn’t been to a zaxby’s in 10 years and decided to try it again. There are so many other places to visit that I probably will never go back to this one again.

This restaurant is bad because I go in there at 9:10 and don’t get my food until 9:52. When we are eating the day we are now closed but we are still eating so there we are eating in the dark.

Terrific staff! But the food was dry. The menu is quite limited. Great place if chicken fingers and wings are what you are looking for. But there is not much else but two salads.
