You’re way better off going to a different location all together because the south memorial drive location is the worst!
I went up there a week ago and ordered food for just myself as my husband and son were getting something else… I set it up for curbside and when I arrived I followed the prompts “I’m here” and “enter space number” after that I waited… 10 minutes, nothing, 10 more minutes, still nothing… 30 minutes passed and I still hadn’t gotten anything! So I went inside and stood at the counter for another 20 minutes before anyone actually helped me, and even that wasn’t helpful. My food was sitting on the counter for who knows how long and there was no smile, no apology, no “have a good one” or anything! So I left and when I got home my food was cold!
Yesterday I decided to give them another shot because I had been out all day and my husband wanted zaxbys for dinner… well that was my first mistake. They did me wrong again, I decided to go inside to pick up my order because curbside is a joke, when I got inside I was ignored for 30 minutes. They helped other guests (with the nastiest looks on their faces) but I was just standing there for 30 minutes. After about 15-20 minutes I noticed my bag of food sitting on the counter completely being ignored. Someone finally asked me what I needed and I told them I was there for my order… well she didn’t do anything she just stood there like she had no braincells left. After the agonizing wait I was finally given my food which ended up being cold AGAIN!
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER AT ALL!

From A Unique Perspective
The food is great but it is pretty expensive. The people who work at the window are very unprofessional and have been at least the last 3 years. They just take your money and almost throw you your food. If you want a more pleasant experience I would encourage you to go in. Yesterday evening there was someone named Nateya R working the window and she couldn’t have looked or acted more miserable. I understand it was busy but still. The customer service here and the one near the hospital needs major work but like I said the food is great!
I recommend the salads, the Wings and Things, and the traditional wings (teriyaki, hot, or sweet and spicy flavor)!

I did a mobile order on 12/5/2025 for curbside pickup. My order was said to be ready at 6:05pm. I get to the restaurant and enter in my slot number. After about 10-15 my order still has not arrived to me via curbside, so my significant other goes in the restaurant and our order is seating there at the pick up counter getting cold because someone failed to bring it to our car. It was placed I. The DoorDash pickup up area instead of curbside. Our food was cold and we still had to go inside the restaurant in spite of placing a curbside pickup. Just wish staff would play closer attention to the minor details

The cobb salad from Zaxby’s (Winterville off Memorial Dr) looked pretty on the top. I took the fork and pulled up from the bottom… So I had to take the time to pick it out. For $10.+ dollars Ughhhh! Their Christmas decorations are beautiful every year… but maybe some of that money should be redistributed to quality ingredients instead. Probably won’t be back.

Curbside order through the app, food never brought out and when I went inside the food was just sitting at the counter. Got home fries and toast were soggy and one of the drinks tasted like foul water (was supposed to be sweet tea).

Food ok I got a chicken sandwich and small frie with a drink for almost 10 dollars. When I got the sandwich it was small fries had a lot of seasoning. The bathroom was mostly clean though there was toilet paper stuck to the wall. I wouldn’t mind eating here again but I ain’t in no hurry. P.S. it was in the men’s bathroom.

The sauced tenders are quite delicious. The salads always impress. I recommend hot honey mustard and tongue torch sauces. Zax sauce is also good on extra seasoned fries.

This Zaxby’s is amazing. The service was wonderful. The music was Christian music and very nice. The restaurant was clean and the food came out hot and fresh fast. Very pleased with the service and atmosphere. Thank you all for good service and a great experience. God bless!

There curbside pickup is a joke. Order said was ready, checked in on app and on the internet. Waited 20 minutes finally had to walk in and get it my self. Food is now cold and not worth eating. There was one car in the drive through and no one inside. Find another Zaxby’s

Absolutely the WORST Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. Drive the extra mile to avoid this Zaxby’s at all costs. I asked for extra seasoning ON my fries, and they lazily put it on the side as you can see in the picture I asked for cherry dr. Peppers and they LAZILY gave me a side of a Small cherry dr. Pepper. We got a 6 finger plate with 2 nibblers they gave us THREE chicken fingers in the plate, DRY and old and put two fingers in our nibblers that were burnt !!! Not to mention the toast was BLACK ! The workers there deserved to get fired and replaced. I’m disgusted with the amount of laziness and incompetence of these workers ! Disgusting !
