Rock hard broken bone chicken ! Barely any lemon pepper even tho I added extra and was pulled forward and waited just to get this!
Bad sweet tea and when I called for the employee she said “we know we already tried it” so you know that the sweet tea is BAD and still selling it ?
Fries soggy as usual and toast not toasted long enough smh
Couldn’t even eat it so hard and just dry with bone pieces everywhere smh
No extra seasoning like requested

I was going to give the food a four star, but that would be incorrect, because the food was good. The only thing is, they forgot a few of my chicken tenders. I ordered 5 and received 3. But the one thing I will say about this zaxby’s restaurant. If they make a mistake, they will correct it with no problem. I received my whole meal replaced. I appreciate that, 5 stars to you!

Aaawwww come on people!! The cost is a little much, like most places but at least make it worth the cost! 3 little chicken tenders the size of my pinky with a handful of fries. Taste of food was good but the portions is absolutely pathetic. I hate paying these prices and walk out still hungry.
My wife and I with a 10 year old and over $30.
Why would I go back when “Slim Chickens” is across the way with triple the portions and better tasting food for the same cost!!!!! The 2 star rating is only for the service at counter and the atmosphere. That’s it.

I asked for a niblerz meal with the tenders buffalo’ed in tongue torch sauce and to replace the zax sauce with ranch. (Essentially kick’n chicken sliders, my normal meal.) The staff must be training still or something because I was told by a kid that they “can’t do that, and that this has never been a thing.” –despite it being my normal go to meal since 2015. I appreciate the kid offering me a kicked chicken meal instead as it’s close to what I wanted and it was decently made. But I do not appreciate being gas lit by an 18 year old simply because they didn’t know how to ring something up.

I love Zaxby’s but this one has 0 quality standards. You can go when it’s busy, when it’s dead, when it’s just opened or right before it closes the food will let you down. Cold and unseasoned fries, soggy bread and chicken that seems like it was fried the day before.

Now listen—I’m all for efficiency, but trying to order off that thing felt like choosing a tattoo from a gum machine. Like, where’s the big glowing billboard of temptation with all the extra-crispy beauty shots? Where’s the spicy limited-time sandwich I didn’t know I needed until I locked eyes with its high-def photo and whispered, “Yes, you.”
But no. I was expected to make life-altering decisions based on a menu that looked like it came from a kid’s play kitchen. Meanwhile, a second staff member stood ahead like a final boss, ready to take my card before I even reached the Promised Land—the big, backlit menu that was teasing me from afar like a forbidden snack.
Now, here’s where Zaxby’s flips the script and becomes a legend: the SAUCES.
Oh. My. Zax.
It was like being in a 90s R&B video, but instead of rain? It was ketchup packets. Falling from the heavens. I half expected wind machines and slow-motion crying.
They didn’t pull a McDonald’s and get mad at me handing me one lonely packet like it was a damn wedding favor. No, they opened the gates of flavor heaven and rained those packets down like I was the chosen one.
So yeah, the mini-menu left me emotionally unprepared, and I’ll forever advocate for drive-thru menus that let us feast with our eyes first.
But the service? Solid.
The food? Flawless.
The sauce generosity? Biblical.
