I’m so disappointed. My grandchildren’s fries were old and cold. They tasted awful. Three meals on 12/27/25 around 7:30/8:00pm. It’d been a long day and we were tired. I’d never received substandard food at any Zaxby’s.

Still go here. Orders are much better at being correct. Definitely my favorite fast food place.
The orders have gotten better and I have stopped at many Zagzbys across the south. For some reason they think you can eat coleslaw with your fingers. Lol. But it’s ok!
