My husband went there to pick up lunch,he called to see what i wanted i was on the phone while he was ordering,I got off late got home opened my plate and was immediately disappointed. I asked for the 4finger plate Nashvillehot extra Nashville. Double order of fries. 2 VEGGIE eggrolls.
1:The eggrolls were fried to a dark brown,you could barely eat
2:the eggrolls had meat in them
3: I had nooooNashville dry rub on mine they were plain as they come
4: I had the Burnt end of the fries the little nubbs and they were fried so hard you could barely eat them i didnt even eat the plate
Called up there the manager wasnt much help
He had a attitude.
Im going up there tomorrow to get a refund . I will not be returning there

Great establishment i came by for dinner and the atmosphere was amazing, service outstanding this has changed my prospective of the chicken restaurant as a whole. The manager that took care of my family was Chris. He was wonderful, great fit for the store and the area. Well liked and the way hes intouch with his staff was awww inspiring. One of the best experiences ive had in a long time. Will return every chance i get.

Just tried the new Zaxby’s recently and wanted to share my experience. It was for lunch so I tried the grilled chicken Philly sub. It was loaded with tender marinated chicken chunks with onions and peppers and lots of cheese delivering a delicious bite that won’t be forgotten easily. My wife enjoys all the salads so she can have a different option each visit. The wings are delicious when left naked with the sauce on the side. Many varing choices for sauces or try them plain. Personally I prefer the bone in type but the kids love the boneless. The Texas toast is a great addition. We really enjoyed our lunch and will definitely be going again.

Hey Pembroke stopped by the new Zaxby’s in town. Seen the place was busy, that’s a good sign. Waited in line to order and pay for my food. The wait was faster than most double drive thru’s we have been through. The staff was helpful and accommodating..We will be back..

After Halloween, stopped, very busy, new Zaxby’s in Pembroke. Atmosphere very open, clean and modern. The was staff very friendly and polite even as busy as they were. The food was fresh, hot and tasty.

You’d have to be starving to the brink of death to eat here. I ordered the 3 nibblers meal and the food was cold, bread was burnt and hard like as if it’s been sitting out for a while, fries not good, overall a waste of $10. Only good thing about the meal was the sprite. Take your money elsewhere.
