I mean the food is decent, but i was in line for 25 mins for 2 drinks. there was only one car in front of me and when that person finally got their order it was a single combo. why would they not park that car? everyone behind me was getting out of line and leaving. its like everyone there is still in high school and theres no supervision telling them how to do things properly.
sauces are often forgot and also straws and napkins. the tea is the only redeeming quality for me which is unfortunate.

Pass thru here a bunch for work and always stop here because I’ve only had good experiences in my dozens of times eating here. They are always nice, not always the most talkative but hey maybe they just weren’t having the best day. Every time I get food from here they LOAD up the plates, my favorite is the loaded fries; never had a missing item unless it was a sauce or something that they informed us of beforehand that they were out of. Overall a very clean and in my experience, a well-run establishment. And to the people complaining about wait times… food takes time to cook and they can’t serve you undercooked food! Just be patient and courteous and you’ll get your food when it’s ready! It’ll taste better if you don’t get impatient waiting for it!

My family went to Zaxby’s to pickup salads for dinner. I hadn’t been to this location in over 10 years, but they used to have great service and delicious food. But based on the recent reviews we should have stayed home. The salads are $10 a piece. The Cobb Zalad has everything the House Zalad has but add bacon and egg. Neither one of the salads has bacon, onion straws, and the cheese was missing. We spent $10 per salad and 25 minutes worth of gas for salads that were missing several ingredients. One salad literally had 4 little slivers of cheese on it. And the other didn’t have cheese at all. When we called to advise that we live 30 minutes away we were told just come back tomorrow. When I asked if I could get their name so I can have reference they remained silent on the phone and would not respond. Clearly the caliber of workers is not the same. Horrible customer service, sloppy quality of food. And they clearly do not care. The reviews speak for themselves. Please save your money and give it to the businesses in Lumberton that actually care and will provide quality food. We will never eat at the Lumberton location again.

By far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had!
I arrived at this location @9:34: it’s like seven cars in the drive thru: I decide to wait!
I made it to the speaker to place my order around 9:50 pm- the young lady was so rude: she kept trying to rush me and continued to cut me off while placing my order; to the fact that she charged me for a whole combo at $8.29 that I didn’t ask for!
I asked for two Cobb Zalads; one with grilled chicken and one with fried chicken( no onions)
I make it to the window to pay @10:00:37! A guy takes my payment! He’s then directed by others to leave or whatever! (While five more employees are standing all looking confused at pointing at me thru the window!
After waiting about 3-4 minutes: a young lady acknowledges me that I can only get fried chicken on the Zalads: no grilled chicken!
So it’s late; ok whatever! I already paid $31.10!let me get whatever is available!
Finally get my food @ 10:07 p.m.!!(never got asked to pull up or no one even told me why I had to wait another seven minutes after paying?
Never checked the bag:
When I get to my friends job to drop the food off!
The whole order was wrong!
Why do I have a number one snack meal: when I asked for a simple four piece tender( no combo)!
Why do we have no ranch in the bag for salads?
Why do we have no utensils in the bag?
Why did no one tell me that this was the wrong Zaxbys to visit!

Horrible experience. I cannot rate or review the food because I never received my order.
Stopped in to attempt to get a quick lunch in the middle of a 16-hr road trip with family. After placing our order for 4 meals, we were still waiting for our food after 20 minutes. When I asked the employees how much longer, one informed me my order was up next. After a few more minutes, at least 2 other customers who came in after me received their orders. I asked what the hold up was and was told “they’re waiting for the meat for the sandwiches”. I told her other customers that came in after me already received their sandwiches. She then directs me to the manager who was attending to another customer complaint. I requested a refund and was told it would take 3-5 business days to refund my debit card. We left and went to Burger King next door.
Additionally, I noticed I was only charged for 3 meals after ordering 4 (and receiving 4 drink cups) so my order would have been short anyway. This place needs to DO BETTER.
Highly NOT recommended especially since there are other options nearby.

My husband got me a salad and the lettuce and cucumbers were bad. I didn’t notice until I put my ranch on it and mixed it.

I paid $30 to get food delivered to my job and this isn’t worth what I paid for. Food was so disgusting looking that I didn’t even eat it. The wings were so plain and cold and I asked for buffalo sauce. The fries were so hard. If you’re gonna get food get it anywhere else but Zaxby’s. This place honestly needs to be shut down instead of hiring people who don’t even care about their jobs.

Stopped here while driving to vacation on 95. There a ton of Zaxby’s in NC so next time I will try a different location. The only 2 things you need from a Zaxby’s is an accurate food order and a clean table to eat on. The dining room had several dirty tables that needed to be cleaned, but the employee out there cleaning spent the full 30 min I was there talking to a customer who went to high school together. Then my order was wrong. I do the 4 finger plate, but I don’t get the slaw and get extra toast instead. Of course, it came with 1 toast, I pointed it out, and received blank stares. I paid the extra to upgrade to large drink and large fries. The fries were room temp and a very small quantity. Clearly, it was what was leftover and sitting there. Overall disappointing. I’ll drive 15 minutes and stop at the next exit with a Zaxby’s.

This is my second time coming here and I should have learned from the first time my order was cold this time my entire order was cold, the pickles were so hard I could have chipped a tooth! When I called the manager swears she packed the order and it was fine. These pickles are old the fries were cold and the tortilla was hard

Still sitting in the pull ahead parking spot. Been here 20 min. The lady at the window wouldn’t even speak to us. She just said the total. We asked for ranch and she didn’t even speak back to me. Jess was very nice but the other lady was not. No apology just hear ya go. Gave us our food and only gave us 5 tenders not 8. Also they were out of coke and I had to get tea.
