Went back to the restaurant and ordered the same meals, big zak snak (lemon pepper) and giant wrap combo, this is the remake to make up for my previous experience. It’s safe to say the employees do not know how to wrap a burrito, it was still a mess to eat and not closed properly. The big zak snak was much better and proper portion size. There was one young lady at the counter and she was not focused on her job at all. She told a person that was there to pick up an online order that the food was already picked up, when in fact the food came to the window about 5 minutes after the delivery person left. The staff working drive thru was doing great!

This is by far the nicest, most consistent Zaxby’s I’ve gone to. Excellent food, quality, staff, and atmosphere. Food is fresh, even before the lunch rush.
Dining in is great due to the enormous interior. Serious thought was put into the layout. It doesn’t have that typical, cramped feeling.
This may be the biggest Zaxby’s in town. It sits on a huge corner lot, so there’s plenty of parking spaces. It’s fast and easy to drive in and out of.

I just spent $80.00 at your establishment through DoorDash and did not receive my full order. When I called to address the issue, the employee who answered was extremely rude, said she was getting a manager, and then hung up on me. When I called back, the phone appeared to be taken off the hook.
This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I expect better customer service, especially after spending that amount of money. I would appreciate this issue being addressed promptly.

I ordered 4 meals so I expected the price to be $41. BUT, the food was HORRIBLE! It definitely was NOT worth no $41. I ordered extra sauce and ended up with NO sauce. Also had almost all my chicken tossed and was barely any sauce on it. It would be nice to at least receive what you pay for. I will not go back to Skibo Zaby’s again. I’ll go all the way out the way to go to Hope Mills to at least receive the service that is supposed to be provided.

Had the best friendly service at this location! I’m from charlotte and was passing through and had the juiciest chicken sandwich!! I was rung up by a smiling young lady and greeted by the whole staff when I arrived. It was a breathe of fresh air!

There was a long drive through line so I ordered from inside. Nobody was in front of me and it took twenty minutes. So the inside took longer than the drive through. The chicken strips were good and they have a Coke dream machine inside. I would recommend drive through if you are not dining in.

I forgot this was still “new” so the drive thru was out the road when I first got there. I walked in. There was only two other people in there and they were both waiting on orders. I ordered a salad. The employees were clean and the inside eating area was clean as well. They did charge me for the extra dressing I asked for but forgot to put it in the bag. I was disappointed but I know that drive they was packed and the employees were working fast to get the orders out.

Yal!! Run don’t walk to this zaxbys! I never get my Cole slaw at other stores but this one on skibo always has my slaw!! So I don have to turn around! I don’t usually review but I’m so glad yall get it done on skibo!!!
