First, let me say I didn’t know that chicken wings could be so small. I could possibly look past that however the customer service sucked. While receiving the food, someone walked out the door approached my car and simply handed the bag toward the window. No words were exchanged. After checking my order and realized I needed some ranch sauce, so I waited in the same young gentleman came out of the door. I told him what I needed, and he raised his hand, gave it to me and went back in. This is definitely not the Chick-fil-A. There was no interaction and it makes me question if it’s worth spending money with the company.

No stars if I could. Google says you open at 10am. We waited 10 mins after 10am in drive thru for someone to get our order. Nobody came to the speaker so we decided to place an order online. As im waiting for my online order, its 10:15am and theres a car in drive thru waiting to get their order in, but im noticing Zaxby’s workers are still being dropped off to work. We finally got our order after 20 minutes. Unbelievable. Its so sad this fairly new location has always dropped the ball whether its getting the orders wrong, long wait times, or terrible and lazy customer service.

I did an online order and it was to be ready at 7:43, I arrived at 7:45 and waited inside. 8:15 my order was still not ready. I questioned the lady at the register and she rolled her eyes and started to eat an order that was made wrong. 8:20 my order was finally given to me and most of it was wrong. I told the lady who had bagged the order that my order was still not right and the girl that was at the register eating that I still have not received my drinks and not my sauces were not in the bag. They both processed to catch an attitude with me and told me that they were busy and to deal with it. The lady who did bag the order did go a try to remake the order where she threw the order on the counter in front of my 11 year old child. Guess what: the order was still wrong!!!
I visited 2/1/26 a couple of days after a snow storm. I did an online order and arrived to the store and it was closed. The store never did cancel out the order and never received a refund.
This past month has been horrible with customer service and has gone down since they opened last year.

I stopped by this Zaxby’s location around 8 PM on 6/11/25, and I had a great experience! The customer service was on point—friendly and efficient—and my food came out hot and fresh just the way it should.
I ordered the 6 Chicken Fingerz Plate with double fries, Texas toast, and a Dr Pepper, and I really enjoyed my dinner. Everything was seasoned well, cooked perfectly, and the portion size was satisfying.
If you’re in the area and craving Zaxby’s, I definitely recommend this location. Solid food and great service make it worth the visit!

Came through the drive thru about 6-6:30. Ordering was easy. They totally got our complicated order right. Everyone had smiling faces. We parked and ate. It was phenomenal. Food was hot and fresh. If we didn’t live an hour away we would for sure come back! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

I have not been to Zaxby’s in over five years. I thought I would give this new location a try. I have had so many bad experiences with Zaxby’s from hair in my food; to someone who made me a sandwich overloaded with mayonnaise.
The food is just subpar. The wings were petite. I am not sure what was going on with the toast, but it was brackish. The high prices don’t match the value of food served. The teenagers working there have this insouciant attitude. At this point, Zaxby’s is now officially written in my history book.

With this being a new location, a bunch of the staff were new and trying to figure things out. It took some time to get everything together, but the staff were friendly so I didn’t hold it against them. The fried chicken Cobb zalad was on point with fresh toppings: eggs, shredded cheese, tomatoes, bacon, & onion straws, alongside a pair of crispy veggie egg rolls.

Ordered 3 kids meals just to not receive one of the kids tender meals. Please replace my kids meal. I couldn’t call because it’s after 10 pm now and they are closed. Gave me a grilled cheese that I did not ask for. Receipt is proof. Hopefully they make it right.

Ordered curbside, checked in and waited the 11min wait. After 25 mins, I called inside about my order. The girl claimed they didn’t have any orders and I must have ordered at the wrong location. Then she claimed another customer must have taken it ( nobody went in or out that building. Then she says they will make it again and it would be 15 mins. If you swore you didn’t see any orders at all how are you going to remake my order if you don’t know what it is. 5 mins later someone came out with my food. Didn’t say a word, no apologies or anything. The food was not hot so that means it was just sitting somewhere and they did have my order.
