My wife and I have been wanting to try the new lemon pepper chicken at Zaxby’s. So unbeknownst to me, she bought some home to try and I was hyped thinking how good this was going to be. I ate the coleslaw and a few fries and had a tender / strip and thought it may have been a little extra spicy. Not hot spicy but almost like too much salt. So I reached for the toasted bread that came with to try another piece of chicken with the bread to reduce it a little. Viola! A strand of hair across my slice. Instant loss of appetite…… I can’t answer to the service or the atmosphere as I didn’t dine inside. No thank you Zaxby’s

This is the best zaxbys I’ve ever had & been to, hands down. Chicken and fries well seasoned & sauced, and the bread is thicker than any other bread I’ve gotten from Zaxbys. 10/10. Komal and staff were doing great jobs. Very clean store.

The food was terrible (it was old)and the service was even worse. I’ve been trying to reach this place by phone for over two weeks and have gotten absolutely nowhere. I’ve called repeatedly, sometimes 10–15 times in a single day, and either no one answers or I get the runaround with no resolution (manager on break, try in 30 mins for basically no answer) . No accountability, no communication, and no concern for customers. Completely unacceptable and not worth your time or money. This is the worse Zaxby’s I’ve been to. It’s almost worth driving to the ones in Concord for better service.

Got dinner salads, good but a little pricey for what is basically fast food.
Update: I visited in October of 2021. That visit was way better. I visited today May 13th of 2022. Bottom line? This visit was not worth the money paid. Me and a friend walked in, straight to the counter. There was no greeting of any kind, just a fellow standing there waiting for us to order. After placing our order, I went to the bathroom. It was relatively clean but for very few people to be in the restaurant, not clean enough. The hand drying machine did not work although the paper towel machine did. When I came out of the bathroom my friend had gotten our food. While it wasn’t an incredibly long wait time, one feels if they have to wait on their food it should be hot and fresh. It was not. I do not know what they use to clean their seats but my seat was extremely sticky, as well as my friend’s seat. We changed tables only to find that the seats there were sticky as well. I am including some pictures with this but it’s hard to see that stickiness in the pictures. I got a Zack’s snacks which is three chicken fingers a piece of toast and fries. The piece of toast had ranch dressing on it but my order did not include ranch dressing. I did not eat that. None of my food was hot at all, it was barely lukewarm. We saw staff members standing around talking and using their phones between orders and there weren’t frequent orders. How is it that the trash is full, seats are sticky, tables haven’t been cleaned the floor has not been swept, the bathroom isn’t clean but people can still stand around and talk or get on their cell phone? After trying this place twice, I would not recommend for anyone to go there. Frankly I just don’t think you’re getting your money’s worth.

I’ve give this location many chances. Multiple times I get home with my wings or my wife brings the wings home without any sauce. Tonight she ordered extra Nuclear sauce. Get the food home, no sauce on the wings at all. They taste like old frozen wings that have been sitting around for a while. I go to get the receipt to call about them and my wife says they didn’t give me a recipt. No recipet in the bag or her vehicle. It’s ashamed to pay 12 dollars for some wings with extra sauce and have to throw them in the trash.

Third time now I’ve ordered online and payed .25$ for a damn sauce packet. Third time that the meal did not have sauce with it nor did it have forks to eat the meal with. Ordered extra seasoning and not any extra.

Ok, we ordered food for 5 people, and we had to pay 80 dollars. And you would expect that they would at least think to add the sauce you ordered and put ice in your drinks along with making sure they arent flat right? Wrong. Not only did we not get the barbecue sauce we ordered, but the drinks we all flat and had an odd taste afterwards. Overpriced food which isnt even that well handled. Do better.

I went to Zaxbys just for a little something for dinner but after we ordered and payed we were given our drinks and they had NO ICE in them and they said they’ve been out of ice all day but not once when we were ordering did they say they had no ice and then when we get our food this guy with long hair and makeup on just throws our food in the bag where our food was on it side almost spilling out. And this guy with the long hair and makeup is extremely rude never again will I eat here if he’s the one working.
