love eating at Zaxbys on WEST FRANKLIN not EAST. They’re chicken, bacon, ranch loaded fries are sooooo good along with their fried cheese bites and cheese cake bites. Everything here is phenomenal! The other location on East Franklin Blvd is absolutely horrible. They are always extremely rude. They never put any bacon in the loaded fries. Not to mention finding long hairs in some of my food. The quality of the food is completely different. Do not go across town to the EAST FRANKLIN ZAXBYS.

This Zaxby’s was recently remodeled and looks appealing. The food is always good, fresh and to my liking. Definitely try the fried pickles!
They’re always friendly and ready to serve you. If asked they give extra sauces and seasoning. Been a usual eating spot for me, it’s delicious. Keep up the good work!

Burnt food greasy food bad management. The GM Rachel is horrible. They refuse to remake my meal because I only had a picture of the old receipt. I would have you to know that old receipt wasn’t legible when i first ordered 3 weeks prior. She couldn’t read it either. It’s a dump.. it’s not a corporate store either. Don’t go there

I understand it is a busy store, but there is a consistent issue with orders being stolen for delivery drivers and the staff have been trained to *not handle* the problem. Delivery drivers: don’t go here and expect to find your order waiting, and if you attempt to work with staff to resolve the issue, they will typically be unhelpful. If it is an issue on multiple days and multiple shifts, and not for other stores i frequent, then it is an isolated problem. I’ve tried talking to staff, management and door dash

Still hot and fresh 10 minutes before closing. In and out of drive-thru in less than 8 minutes. Everyone was eager to serve the customers, polite and professional. Ordered the wings & things traditional (traditional wings nuclear sauce and tenders rolled in sweet & spicy sauce). Can’t beat good customer service and fresh food. Meat was falling off the bone!

Teens/kids cannot get any order right. Didn’t give me any napkins or a fork with my meal. Asked for pink lemonade, was served regular. Tried to over charge me for sauces I didnt ask for. Took 30 min of wait for my food. It was a joke.

Apologies for the photo! I didn’t think to take a picture until I had already eaten a chicken tender and part of the Texas Toast. I had an amazing experience with this Zaxby’s! The people working the drive through were friendly and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious! The Texas Toast despite it’s slightly burnt appearance was quite buttery, the chicken tenders were juicy and not too crunchy, and the fries were seasoned just the right amount. Amazing.

First and last visit. I ordered a signature chicken sandwich and fried pickles. I was looking forward to try the fried pickles. When I took the box out of the bag, there was grease all on the bottom. When I opened the box, grease was puddled in the box. I had grease all over my hands, and when I looked in the bag to get a napkin, there was grease all inside the bag and the single napkin they gave me was grease soaked. I threw the bag in the floor, and fortunately it hadn’t leaked on my car seat. I’ve never seen anything like it. The signature sandwich was mediocre (not crispy crunchy as they show it). $10 for just the sandwich and pickles! Terrible experience.
