Fries are way too salty. Texas toast is way too buttery. Chicken and slaw were so-so. Shake had no flavor. No wonder it wasn’t busy at all. It’s a no for me!

I love eating at this Zaxbys. They’re chicken, bacon, ranch loaded fries are sooooo good along with their fried cheese bites and cheese cake bites. Everything here is phenomenal! Although I do wish you would bring back your milkshakes especially for online orders 🙁 overall I definitely recommend zaxbys

The tray that my food came on was dirty. I was up charged for a cup of water and then asked what size I would like. I then had to confirm what he was asking me. I don’t mind paying for a cup but he clearly did not know what he was doing. Moreover this penny shortage and the fact that you round up to charge me more ( when he had the change in the drawer) is stealing be it legal or not. The while eating the same person came by and asking how our food is and my coworker told him that his chicken was cold. Your employee told he that there is nothing he could do about the serving cold chicken. Want be back here if I can help it and will tell everyone about this.

Hit the spot! They have so many options for combo meals. It was pretty clean but they don’t really have big tables for our group of 7. We pulled up chairs from another table to make it work. They have a single bathroom for each gender.

The staff were so sweet & friendly – to top it off the lobby was very clean & the music while we ate dinner was gospel – Lord continue to bless this place and everyone that walks in to work or just to have a delicious meal. I appreciate the hospitality & atmosphere.

Drive through was quick and polite. Employees were friendly and efficient. Food tasted fine, was kinda sloppy I’m appearance, but it didn’t effect the taste. Making a left back out of parking lot could be difficult at certain times of the day. Overall a solid 4 stars.

Not only did they give me the wrong sauce on the wings, they gave me the wrong sauce on the side and I’m pretty sure wings come with ranch so why didn’t mine have any? This place is trash and so is the manager.

Food was terrible. I ordered 5 meals and they swore there was ranch and zaxbys sauce in the bed. It was only 2 or each!!

We stopped by on on our way through town. They weren’t busy and the staff was friendly. We ordered several different foods and most were fine. The fries weren’t great though, hardly seasoned and could have been cooked longer. Bathroom and dining area were clean.
