When I pulled in I noticed that the drive through line was full. To be honest, I did not want to wait. However, I waited and the cars in front of me started to move 1 by 1.
I really wanted to eat there seasoned french fries and their chicken sandwhich that has a bun that is so good! I waited till my turn. The employee who greeted me at the window was very nice. So worth the wait!

This has to be one of the most fickle Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. I can’t get my coleslaw in a bowl cause the Mgr said so with no explanation. This didnt used to be an issue but is now. I can get it like this at the other locations in town but not this one?? If its the cost just charge for the darn bowl and do what the customer asks. This isn’t the first time some bull has taken place. I once got cold fries and promised it was written down so I could get a replacement but apparently there is an expiration on that cause yup, didnt get that either. I dont eat at this location much because its always something but when im headed to RM its the last thing out of town. Smh

I have already eaten at Zaxby’s but lately they put so much black pepper and seasonings on the FF if you don’t have high blood pressure you will.its horrible who wants to have a month full of spicy food when it’s only supposed to be FF… and even if you ask for no season they still do it.. every good place to eat has gotten worse no body wants to do their job anymore and don’t care.. and now you can’t even use cash to pay for your food in the drive through…I used to eat about 4 times a week there but I’m not doing that anymore..I don’t mind a bit to pay for food but most ever time is got so much seasoned on it you can’t eat it and if you send it back they have a attitude…

Everything about this visit was EXCELLENT!!! I have always gotten great service from this particular Zaxby’s. Others are slacking while this one has been excellent in every way from Day 1!!! All plates are packed and displayed beautifully!!!❤️❤️

I will start with my $8 COLD loaded fries. They where so cold the cheese even laughed and stayed hard. Ranch dressing where?
Service I was handed my inside order in a bag like drive thru yet I told them the order was for there. They must of known no one in their right mind could sit down and eat there. Had to ask for my large drink cup 2 times. I did go ask for another ranch dressing for my fries. Cashier had to finish typing her text to get that. Employees standing around talking but who to ask for hot fries from was impossible. No leadership anywhere. I thank it was the manager sitting at a table with her phone. She did speak like she was the manager.
Atmosphere…between the loud music and all the talking from employees I HAD TO LEAVE. Seriously never seen so many employees just talking to each other being loud like they where in the ghetto. THE WORSE RAN BUSINESS I HAVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME. Adding photos but did not take pics of all the employees hanging around, that was out of respect for the one other customer sitting in the dinning room. He only had a drink cup. He was smart.
ZAXBYS DONT WORRY YOU WILL GET MY SURVEY. I WILL NOT WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN THERE. SAD I had no one I felt I could even approach in the store to tell them in person. I would of interrupted their conversation or phone time. My Blood pressure and brain physically could not handle this level of incompetence. I will also being sharing this review and photos with my 5000+ followers on Facebook. I don’t want them wasting their $$$$.

Zaxbys need to stop playing and not bother using those convex lids anymore because their salad never rises above that little small black bowl……. I mean I know everything costs more but how much is blasted lettuce? I can actually count six chunks of grilled chicken! It is really pitiful for almost $10!!

I just wanted to express how the employees were steadily working taking orders and the manager came out and admonished her stating that she needed to speed up and take orders faster. The problem with this was that the inside wasn’t keeping up with the service and everyone was being parked to wait on getting their meals. If the order taker took orders faster more cars would be parked waiting after paying their money. At the present time I am amongst five cars waiting for their orders. My order was taken within three minutes and I waited seven minutes parked to get my order.
