Inexplicably closed before 10 PM on a Friday night (should be open until 2 AM), AND they are still accepting delivery orders despite being closed! I can see the name of my customers on the screen inside but no employees are there, the door is locked, and nobody is answering the phones. If you’re going to randomly close several hours early please do not accept new delivery orders! And please put a note on the door so people walking by know. Thanks.

The accuracy of these guys is exceptional! I love their chicken sandwiches, salads, and of course their wings! The food is always fresh, hot, and YUMMY! I love talking with hellen when I come in! She has an amazing personality, Something alot of people lack in the food industry so I always appreciate her energy! Mya is always super helpful and a great leader. No complaints at all. 10/10 would recommend!

Maybe an hour ago my wife who spent all day working came into the store and placed an order. She sat. she waited, and at the end of the night she was told there was no order. I sent her with my card I have the screenshot of the payment and everything because she went with my card. The very rude woman that was working said that she didn’t place an order online, well no she was in the store and paid at the terminal. She was then told that someone picked it up but you all call out names and know it’s busy but she was sitting up front and would have heard her name called. Now normally we are calm and cool but tonight I have not eaten and I am diabetic. Did the staff help? No! Did they make any kind of offer? No! Did they even say hey look out bad we messed up? Noooooo! They blamed her. I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HER THE WHOLE TIME!!!! I WAS LISTENING TO EVERYTHING!!! I don’t care what happens I am coming up there tomorrow with my card and my account and I will be talking to someone. Someone needs to refund us. I need the cameras rolled back and this handled ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shout out to the manager on shift right now. She provided an solution that I wasn’t expecting and I truly appreciate it. I would not have gone this hard unless whoever my wife was dealing with gave us a solution that made since. Thank you very very much for having me some humanity!!!!

Feels like this location is just a money grab of the students. We got 2 meals expecting them to be as good as at all the other locations and the food was just not good- bread cold and stale, fries tasting like oil, tenders mostly bread, and the wings were crazy salty. Not sure what’s going on here; we love the franchise, but this was below a mediocre experience.

Hello today is 10:50 AM. I went to order and the door was closed. They had closed the door, then someone came to the door and asked if they had DoorDash. No, I said I wanted to order, and they told me they were closed. When I told them they closed at 11:00 AM, they went and asked their friend working inside. Two minutes later, they came and opened the door and took my order with an attitude. Then when I asked for sauce, they told me it was extra. I said I didn’t want it, they didn’t put a napkin in my bag, and when I asked for a napkin, they only gave me one and made fun of me. I got my order and went outside and they gave me raw chicken and fries. The person who took my order was Tuuan. Please be a little more careful with your staff selection.

I have only ever eaten Zaxby’s once, but I happened to be walking by with my infant when Markida came out. She was so friendly, so kind, and so cheerful that it made a great impression on me for the calibre of people they employ. Her friendliness prompted me to order! Love this location and the tasty food!

DO NOT EVER GO IN PERSON TO PLACE AN ORDER HERE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, NO ONE CAN OPERATE THE CASH REGISTER, AND ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER YOU WILL WAIT AT LEAST 20 MINUTES FOR A SIMPLE ORDER. I feel like I am stuck in Mayberry, circa 1955.
