Keith is the kind of owner you actually see in the store, checking in, helping out, and making sure everything runs the right way. You can tell he truly takes care of his staff. The employees are consistently friendly, motivated, and professional, which speaks volumes about how they’re treated behind the scenes. The food quality never slips. Whether it’s peak hours or late in the day, the chicken is always fresh, hot, and cooked exactly how it should be. Zaxbys here in whitsett nc is definitely a place to stop and grab some good food. The manager came out and had good conversation definitely was a game changer. I will recommend yall to stop if you in the area food was good restaurant definitely clean staff was very on point. Night team keep up the amazing work.
