Went in on a Friday evening and the place was pretty steady but not crazy busy. I ordered the fried chicken combo with mac and cheese and a sweet tea. The chicken had a nice crunch on the outside and was juicy inside, which is really all I’m looking for. Mac and cheese was decent, maybe a little salty but still good. Staff seemed friendly, even checked in once to see if we needed anything else. Prices felt fair for the portion size. Overall a solid spot if you’re craving chicken and want something simple and filling.

As you enter, you’re welcomed by the aroma of THC that lets you know you’re in for a treat. We ordered a large French fry, and received a container with two egg rolls instead. Honest mistake, they are both cylindrical and it could have been a creative interpretation.
After returning the egg rolls for our fries, we waited ten minutes for a milkshake. No shaking was observed, we have no idea how it was made. However we finished our journey with our desired sustenance, and went on our way.
The food at Zaxbys is always good. The service at this particular one is… questionable. However the workers were still very kind and sweet, mellow and relaxed, which still makes us return time after time.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this Zaxby’s recently, and it needs to be called out. One of the employees—a heavier-set guy with short hair—brought my food out and had a noticeably bad attitude. He didn’t greet me, didn’t look at me, just handed the food over and walked off. As he was leaving, he clearly muttered something under his breath, which felt incredibly disrespectful.
There was zero professionalism, and it honestly felt like he couldn’t care less about doing his job. I’ve since heard from multiple friends that they’ve had the same kind of experience with this employee. It’s unacceptable and makes people not want to come back. Management seriously needs to step in and fix this kind of behavior.

Went thru the drive thru yesterday around 12:45 pm and got a Buffalo blue salad. Got home and started eating it and found hair in my food. So disgusting just threw it out. I don’t understand why people that work with food do not wear hair nets!!!

I think that if you want to keep your customers you should not short them on the items you are selling. I’m very disappointed with how Zaxbys is charging the same price but delivering less this picture is suppose to be chicken bacon ranch fries.They still don’t care about their customers. This is a new photo recent purchase.

I got Uber eats just a second ago and my spicy chicken sandwich was hard and it was not spicy and my fries were barely warm, if it’s an Uber eats wait until the person is there to pick up the order then bag the order, no one wants cold food. It was not great at all the whole meal was barely worth the 25 dollars, even messed up the drink, how is that even possible. Thanks though I know it’s not always the employees fault.

If you like HAIR in your food by all means enjoy. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and found hair… both times. Long brown hair too. The girls with their ponytails should be secured in a bun because guess what.. hair sheds. I think they actually dropped the food on the floor and still plated it. I was throwing up so much bring my order back for a refund. Never again!!!!
What really got me is that i was asked if i would like a replacement both times because they don’t do refunds

Went last night for dinner. I got the boneless wings with BBQ sauce. Was really good. I couldn’t decide if I wanted BBQ sauce or teriyaki sauce so I asked for extra BBQ sauce and some teriyaki sauce on the side. They both were good though. I ended up with the BBQ sauce. I will definitely get this again.
