This place has gone way downhill from how it was when it first opened, especially during the evening hours. Never really experienced any issues during the day, but in the evening Ive had multiple orders messed up where I got something completely different than what I ordered, or something was omitted, or something wasnt made the way it should have been made. Tonight I ordered two Cobb salads to go and when I got home and opened the bag the salads were about the size of what you would expect a side salad to be. Not sure if Zaxby’s has any quality control with how their food is prepped or whether they are guidelines for how to make certain things but if they don’t they sure need it. As many times as I’ve eaten at this location I’ve never returned anything, even if there was a mistake, but this salad was so small it’s almost like a slap in the face to the consumer to charge over $10 for a full size salad only to provide one significantly smaller than what it should be. The salad is going to be returned tomorrow, DURING THE DAY, and a replacement salad is going to be requested. The two photos included are the same salad, one with how it came out of the bag and the other with the toast removed with nothing else touched just so you coule see how small the salad was.

On the evening of November 5th, 2025, I ordered the Chipotle ranch tacos. When I received my order, it was missing the pico de gallo. I called and informed the night manager around 7:30pm. This manager told me I ordered through door dash and that “you need to take this up with door dash.” I asked for the general manager’s information. He was extremely reluctant. It was like pulling teeth to get anything helpful from him. I called the next morning and got a lady who took my name and info and said she’d give it to the GM the next day when she was scheduled to work. 6 days later and I’ve heard NOTHING. Beyond disappointed. I wouldn’t consider this location trustworthy. Especially with food and character of leadership.

Love Zaxbys, food is always great….my issue is we never get a complete order, and the last 3 times this issue was not addressed with ANY professional customer service. Today for example, like everyone else, stop by on the way home from work,place an order, get home, half of it isn’t there, called, young lady insisted I bring the food back to see what they missed. Ok, fine, brought it back, still didn’t get complete order, nor a refund and refused to make fresh food, so I’m out of 30 bucks, no food, and will never come here again.

I stopped after church for a snack and I even asked for fresh French fries and eggrolls they was so burnt and hard I couldn’t even eat them the service from the employees sucked and they did nothing to fix the problem!

Food was awsome there when it first opened through the first year. Now the food sucks like the workers. Hire better people and the food will get better. They can get basic French fries right. You pay a lot for traditional wings and they come out the size of a quarter and taste like rubber. Very sad what this place has become.

I have visited this Zaxby’s restaurant a couple times before. On previous visits, the food wasn’t very hot and that’s one thing that kept me from coming back. However, on this visit, the service was very quick and the food was very hot and delicious. I’m happy to see quite a good improvement. I will plan on visiting this restaurant again.
