Stopped here on the way to Raleigh for lunch. There were only 2 other couples in the dining room so it was not busy. We waited approximately 18 mins for a chicken finger plate and a grilled chicken sandwich plate. There was no explanation or apology from the cashier. I think she was pretty young but hopefully she will learn as she gets older, good customer service goes a LONG way!

Came through the other night and waited 8 minutes in the drive-thru! Sat there and sat there for a simple order! They used to be fast. Not anymore. It started being really slow about a month ago. Used to have food ready quick. Not sure when I’ll go back. Food was good, just took forever to get it! Didn’t even apologize for the wait. They weren’t even busy! If those girls weren’t laughing and giggling so much the might get something done!

Very tasty and high quality produce used in this franchise. I’d say is significantly more costly than other fast food chains, although it is worth it. Service is currently a little slow. Staff was asking virtually every drive through costumer to park and wait for the order to be delivered to the car. We waited for around 5 minutes which is not bad, but I was surprised to see so many cars having to wait. The chicken is juicy and delicious. It has a wide selection of meals. Totally recommended.

This was my first and last time eating at Zaxbys. The wings were a great disappointment. First off they do not even have buffalo sauce? How does a wing place not have Buffalo sauce? They have a Buffalo Garlic? Why if I am at lunch and going to a meeting afterwards? I do not want to smell like Garlic? Most restaurants have several Buffalo flavors. Secondly, all of the drumettes had the legs broken off and the bones were broken up in all of them? Flats were good, fries were good and Texas toast was a nice touch and those last few things are why they get a 2 star. No Hot Buffalo sauce???

The teenagers that are employed at this location cannot get an order correct to save their lives! I understand a mistake here or there, but lately it has happened every visit. Reading comprehension is not very strong with these employees.
I went thru, ordered a salad and a big zak snak meal, but my order was missing the snak meal. So, I went back thru the drive thru to correct their mistake. ONLY to get home and find that my salad was missing the meat (chicken). I called and told management, management stated I would receive a free salad on my next visit.
Next visit, I receive my free salad, get home, eat most of it … And find a dead adult fly in my salad. Great… Thanks Zaxby’s

Nicole, Sophia, and Armani, were absolutely amazing. They had great knowledge of the menu. They were super kind and patient. They did not make us feel rushed when we were asking questions about the quesadilla. They were just absolutely pleasant and made us feel so welcome. I will always come back to this Zaxbys because of the service. Also, the food was absolutely delicious!
