I want to first say Thank you to Shania G (Tania) and Milly. Awesome customer service . On 12/24/2025 These wonderful ladies went over and beyond. On such a busy day of the year. The gave nothing but smiles. Order 30 Teriyaki bone in wings. They were delicious! To my 780,000 plus google followers if you want some good wings and perfect customer service please check them out! 10 out of 10!!

It’s fast food! Salads are good, entrees are good. Depending on the location, drive thru service varies. Speak clearly and verify the order if using the drive through. Sometimes communication isn’t good. Menu prices are high, but what drive through isn’t these days! Up charge for extra sauces. Don’t really get the toast with the orders.

I came in a few minutes before they were supposed to open to use the bathroom decided to wait until they open to order, but they took my order early, and had the food out right away. The food was delicious, and when I asked what they recomended the guy proceeded to tell me everything was good. He then described everything on the menu in great detail, so I figure they deserve a good review. Considering their extra effort of course.

Called employee told me their was nothing they could do after asking to speak to a manager 3 times. Finally got the manager who stated they make these salads daily fresh. I felt she didn’t believe me so I suggested I’d send her pictures. So she gave me her number, I sent the pictures and never got a response back or an apology. But did state “SOMEBODY IS ABOUT TO GET CUSSED OUT ” before I sent the pictures I told her I wouldn’t feed this to a dog. No more salads for me from there ever again

Will never go back to this zaxbys location. My coworker and I were treated horrible on our lunch break at the drive though. When I respectfully said that we asked for separate orders instead of a whole order and to confirm the food on the orders, the guy in the drive through started acting horrible and rude to us. He yelled at me for snatching the bag even though I didn’t snatch anything. I handed him my phone to tap pay and he snatched it from my hand very aggressively. 0 stars. Horrible service.

I’m writing this review because I’m frustrated with consistently poor customer service at local restaurants. I often visit the Zaxby’s on Oyster Point, but my experience this past weekend was particularly disappointing. I received chicken fingers that looked strange and fries that tasted like they were from the night before (as you can see in the picture). When I returned to get my order corrected, the cook had a bad attitude and tossed my food on the counter. From now on, I’ll be driving past this Zaxby’s and heading to the one further up the road. It’s a shame that good customer service seems rare these days, with Chick-fil-A being the notable exception.

Placed a mobile order a few minutes before opening, went to the drive thru at opening (10:30) to see if I needed to wait until order time (10:45) or not. They didn’t have the order, so I volunteered to come back through at 10:45 and they agreed. But about five minutes later, they brought out the order – said it had popped up for them right after I drove away – so they came and found me in the parking lot, which I thought was really above and beyond of them and really sweet of them. They’re always friendly at this location, good quality food. Just wanted to give them a positive shout out for being awesome. 🙂
