Giving this a five star review because the the two suggestions I’ll make to management on atmosphere are easily fixable.
Came here on a Monday for an early dinner. There wasn’t many people there, the place was clean, service was friendly and fast. Food came out hot and fresh!
Suggestions to management- the bathroom paper towel dispenser was not working so I had to use Toliet Paper to dry my hands. One of the drink machines that looked like it was mainly for ice didn’t work but there wasn’t a sign on it. I’d just suggest to keep up on some of those small operational things that can be an inconvenience to a customer.

I recently tried Zaxby’s for the first time and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t what I expected. While the staff was friendly, the wait time for our food to be prepared was somewhat long, especially considering it wasn’t particularly busy. I ordered the chicken tenders, and while they looked appealing, the flavor was just…okay. I found them to be on the dry side and lacking in any real punch. There wasn’t much seasoning that I could detect, and they definitely needed some sauce to add flavor and moisture. I was hoping for flavorful, juicy chicken, and unfortunately, this fell short. I might consider giving them another try sometime in the future, but for now, I’m not going to rush back.

We went out of our way to visit Zaxby’s Chicken Fingers and Buffalo Wings in Chantilly, VA, just to give it a try, and it was a very solid experience — better than most! We ordered a chicken sandwich, which was awesome, and a Craveables box with chicken fingers, toast, and some tater tot-like sides. The food was really good all around.
Even though we arrived close to closing time, they still took our order and served us fresh food. Plus, they went the extra mile to get us sweet tea from the back when it had run out at the front — that was a really nice touch! The parking situation was also convenient with plenty of space.
While it’s not the absolute best chicken place I’ve been to, it’s definitely up there, and I really enjoyed it. I’d rate it around 4.5 stars — worth the visit for sure!

I lived in Georgia for a long time, and that’s where Zaxby’s started. Everyone had their favorite spot, some better than others. This is the only one I know of in Virginia. I’m not sure I’d make a special trip, but if I’m in the area, I’ll stop by. The food’s decent, the place is clean and quiet. The staff was great when I went. It reminds me a little bit of Georgia.
I had buffalo fingers and fries; theirs are seasoned, and I really like them when they’re hot. My friend had the chicken sandwich. You can pick your spice level, but it’s not super intense like some hot chicken places. There’s plenty of food, ours was hot and fresh, and we enjoyed it.

Perfect experience. I travelled here all the way from Maryland using public transport because I was curious about Zaxby’s and I can’t say I wasn’t impressed. The restaurant is cleaned, I see employees cleaning the tables in the lobby, and each table has an outlet for charging and other things. Which really helped me because it took me about 2 hours to get here. It was calm and collective in there, people were having positive social interactions and I didn’t feel uneasy at all. They also had this spinning thing and I gave it a whirl, I didn’t win anything but I got 2 cookies as a consultation prize which shows that they care about their customers in a way that many establishments wouldn’t. Now to the food. I got something basic, 6 strips, a lot of fries, bread, and a drink. The strips were hot, juicy inside, and they might’ve been the best chicken strips i’ve had in years. Fries were perfect, bland, but I actually prefer that over the sodium filled fries at other fast food places. They were crispy but not crunchy which is just perfect. The sauce is also great especially with the strips. And i didn’t get a chance to drink, I mainly drank water that I brought individually. Oh and the toast was pretty good. The bathroom here is also clean, i’m usually picky with the bathrooms but this one was a nice break from the dumps i see in some other public spaces.

ZAXBYS was very good, service great the restaurant was clean staff friendly. It is tucked away not in open area which is good I guess, not crowded not alot of traffic. Price was average 8.99 for 3 tender meal i believe also they do have a kids menu. I do recommend everyone to try it much better than Canes more to the menu and monthly specials like shrimp and others but try once and see for yourself i forgot to take photo because the food was to good and when I remembered it was to late…

Visited here for brunch because their Cobb and Blue salad are good and the toasted bread that comes with it is a great combination. Just a bit upset because of the big lettuce stalk, not just one but two. Deep fried mushrooms taste really good. Store and bathroom were clean. We have to say that Yuriana is nice and kind in dealing with customers.

Been to this location tons of times over the years, actually went on a first date here with my now wife when we were teenagers so it holds a special sentiment with us when we come here. I visited 10/11/25 around noonish lunch time, it was reasonably busy but nothing crazy (3 or 4 tables in the whole restaurant and 5 or 6 waiting for Togo and delivery orders). This wasn’t our first time having an issue with service, it took around 25-30 minutes to receive my order and presumably longer for other people before me because they had to ask an associate numerous times for their orders just to get them and have them be wrong or missing items after checking. After seeing this I obviously checked my Togo order to make sure it was right and sure enough half of it was missing. After asking for the rest of my missing order the associate seemed rather annoyed by my request. I don’t generally write reviews (good or bad) but after coming here for years it’s becoming more and more obvious the decline in service. 3 stars because the food and atmosphere is still great.
