This Zaxby’s location in Temple is by far one of the most pleasant dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The restaurant is extremely clean, quiet, and well-maintained — a great place to enjoy a meal. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
Having been in the restaurant industry for many years, I can truly appreciate great service when I see it. A young lady named Princess stood out — she was so helpful, knowledgeable, and even took the time to help me complete my order and earn points through the app. The manager was also very professional and kind, which really made the experience even better.
This was my first time ever eating at Zaxby’s, and after today, this will definitely be my go-to spot from now on.

The chicken is raw and bloody. The manager that refused to give her name several times when I called them was laughing about the situation, being belligerent, lying on me about asking for my entire order to be replaced when she heard me ask my daughter was her meal ok and she said yes so I told her to continue eating and telling the Zaxbys employee it was only my 10 pc wings that were not cooked. She said she would check the cameras to see if the timer was set correctly. I told her there’s no need she can see the rawness and blood with her own eyes if she liked. She was very unprofessional, childish, uneducated, had difficulty comprehending simply sentences and a disgrace to the restaurant industry. I can’t get over how childish and her inability to comprehend about their having my daughter to drive forward in drive thru and making her and her fiancé wait a really long time claiming to be cooking the chicken fresh and I still received raw bloody wings to the bone with rubber skin. My dinner tonight was the condiment sized Cole Slaw and a fruit punch drink. I’m shocked and saddened by her being able to collect a paycheck from any food place. The only cohesive thing she said was she took the order herself. She was not apologetic about serving food poisoning products. Yes I am negatively affected with nausea, a headache and stomach bubbling. I’m hoping it will be flushed without me having to go to the ER tonight. Eat at your own risk.I want to post pictures of the bloody wings. Why can’t I post these pictures?

Chill atmosphere with unique art. The air condition is on point. The cashier was fast, efficient, and polite. My order came out fast, super hot and fresh. The bathroom was clean with enough supplies. Definitely a great spot for lunch or to hang with friends and family. Definitely coming backkkkk

So I have never been here before this was my first time coming in today and OMG. It was not only beautiful inside from the decor to the employees but the food is delicious. I order the 5 wing and 3 tender combo and it was delicious made. The toast was great I did speak to the manager Valerie who I told that my wings were a bit hard at the bottom. Not only did she apologize but she said that she will make me a fresh order which was great it was an awesome experience. If you’re looking for a great place to eat wings and tenders this will be the place for you!! Love the cleanest of the place & the professionalism of the place.

I had never eaten Zaxby’s before, but my husband has. We ordered through Door dash. I ordered the “fried white cheddar bites” and they were delicious! I did try the famous Zax sauce, but it’s not for me. My husband had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was pretty delicious as well. Their fries are the bomb! They definitely have my vote!

Nice place but lets face it. Its brand new and its chicken. Anyway staff was very friendly. Service was fast and eveyone was busy doing something. My wifes chicken tenders were not over cooked like most places and very juicy and flavorable. Crinkel cut fries were kind of soft. My cob salad was off the chain. It was large and filling for a salad. Had more stuff than a tru cob salad. I chose grilled chicken. Guess what? Yep military and veteran discount so they get 5 patriotic american stars! Definatly on the do again list.

Food is good & the timing was amazing. unfortunately i paid for 2 5 finger meals & it came out to almost $30 even with small drinks, & yet both meals only had 4 very small tenders. we also got extra fries & honestly got kind of skimped on the portions for those too.

I’ve been here twice, and both times were great. Well seasoned, hot chicken tenders. The fries are thick and also seasoned. I got a tea today with light ice. The Zaxby sauce is tangy and perfect with the chicken. Would come again!

1. Food was good, I think the chicken tenders here are better than at Raising Canes personally (although the dipping sauce and fries at Canes might be better). Big Zax Snack Meal – 3 tenders, toast, sauces, fries, and a 22oz drink will run you $5.99 before taxes.
2. Location – building is clean and decor is top notch, lots of hardwood finishes. Mix of tables and booths with cushioned seats. Customer service was good!
Would recommend you sign up for their rewards program as they will send you a coupon for a FREE sandwich meal!
