I don’t know who was doing the cooking on 2/24/26 between 545-615pm, but they did a horrible job. My french fries were half cooked, I could still taste the raw potato parts, the wings I ordered were plain and not the garlic parmesan I asked for, and the sweet tea I ordered for my spouse was unsweetened tea. Getting off work and stopping to get food just to get home and the food be disgusting is very disappointing.

Obviously had an attitude when we requested fresh food having to drive all the way home without all our. Customer service was not good and dont recommended this restaurant.

I ordered a grilled house salad but i where’s the chicken. You all should be ashamed of yourself and stop ripping off the ones keeping you in business. We order sauce and dressing with our meals and didn’t receive either. I need my salad replaces ASAP. I also tried calling, someone answered the phone with just a “hello” then hung up. Now it’s busy.

I sat in a drive thru line for 30 minutes just to get to the window to order a large sweet tea mixed with pink lemonade, an order I often get from this same Zaxbys, just for the server, working on 10/18 at around 1:15 PM to tell me that I could not order for the simple reason of “they don’t mix drinks” and that if I want an Arnold Palmer my only option is tea with classic lemonade …

Service was very slow, food was ok, but found it incredible rude that we walked in at 7:45pm(they close at 9pm) and all chairs were up on tables. Lots of customers in store too. Talk about not feeling welcome……

Came here for lunch and got what I thought was “chicken bacon ranch loaded fries” I get back to work and open my box to see this. Also my sweet tea taste like dish water with some sugar in it. I have never came here and had a bad experience. This stores usually one of the best ones.. Very disappointed.

I would never recommend this location. The manager was extremely rude. I had a coupon for a free milkshake, but the website wasn’t working. The representative told me to exit the screen, which caused the coupon to disappear. She then laughed and said there was nothing she could do. She made no effort to help and told me if I had an issue, I should call back in the morning.

I went to this Zaxby’s location today around 6pm. The staff at this location were rude and unfriendly. Basic customer service was completely lacking no greeting, no eye contact and their tone was noticeably disrespectful when I asked a simple question about my order. What made things worse was the manager’s attitude which was just as dismissive. I hope Zaxby takes this feedback seriously and make positive changes. I won’t be returning to this location.

Visited this location at 10:12pm and was told “ Welcome to Zaxbys. We’re officially closed. Have a great night”. The location states “Now open later”, and Google also states the closing time as 10:30pm. This is very unnecessary and there was no care or concern in this situation. No reasoning behind why they decided to closed early, just “we’re officially closed”. There was ample timing between arrival and closing to prepare such a simple meal. I sure hope this does not happen again in the future.
